Both the indoor pool and the outdoor pool were enjoyable. We were not able to get a connection on the 4th floor to the free WiFi. Overall, our stay 2-night stay was enjoyable. I enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, the continental breakfast, the convenient location of the hotel, and the availability of parking. However, we couldn't connect to the free WiFi from the 4th floor, the hallways smelled badly, the bathroom was tiny, the toilet ran constantly, and the TV had poor reception.

"Poor parking.No door chain on rikkity door by hall.No place to hang clothes.remote broken, more&better pillows,no clock/radio,control rod on blind off,knob on AC off,knob in refrig.off,no place to put toiletries,container bar off in refrig., plastic chair broken,NOT smoke-free, bare wall-electrical outlet,sofa uncomfortable. Dark, smelly, OLD!"

Indoor pool. Small rooms. Overall the hotel is what I excepted for the money. The room was clean and it was in a good location. Although, the room was much smaller than I thought it would be, which makes it a lot harder with a small child.

"The carpet in all halls was torn & filthy.Elevator dirty & groaned when going up, button lights burned out, no inspection certificate. Door of our room looked as if it had been jimmied, musty odor . Shower rod falling down, bathroom tiny, door blocked the tub. Indoor pool & hot tub surfaces were chipped. Entire place in bad need of paint.Housekeeper did a decent job of cleaning our room, fridge & microwave were handy. Purpose of our trip was to visit 4 local campgrounds-they were pristine and half the price! We wished we'd brought our camper & stayed at one of them instead! "

Close to everything. Very run down, not a family place, did not want to stay there with my wife and kids. Would not go to this hotel with a family, this place is more suited for the college single just looking for a cheap place to stay.

well lets see here.. the first night the elevator would not move...we had to open the door and shut the door for it to finally work: the other elevator the door wouldn't hardly move.. Nevertheless I took the stairs if possible. Also the first morning the commode overflowed.. Other than that it was ok.. It had a fridge and a microwave which was a plus since I had an infant...

Great Location & Pools. Sheets/Bedding weren't clean upon arrival & had to request replacements. This is a pretty good hotel that is convenient to the Amusement Park & other local attractions. Our family had a suite & the bedroom was actually the entrance instead of the sitting/living room area. I didn't really like that too much, but of course, I couldn't do anything about that. There were stains on the comforter & sheets of both beds. I called & requested them changed, & was told that it didn't look like they had been changed. The staff was friendly & came up pretty quickly to change the bedding for us. Since the problem was corrected, I was pretty much happy with the room.

"This is a terrible hotel, I would not recommend this place to my enemy. The rooms were dirty, we had to go to walmart and purchase bleach spray and air freshner. The rooms were dark and smelly. It was a horrible experience. The room has a shower no, tub. Would not recommend especially for the price we paid.Mildew in rooms water stains and paint was chipping."

The maid service was the only good thing about the place. The hotel was not family friendly, and very small. The elevators did not work correctly. The room was very small and no way to upgrade. The ac unit made rattling noises and no one fixed it. There was not a 24hours pool and fitness center. The only reason I would ever stay there again is if was free the maid service was very good.

"We stayed on the 7th floor, and there was only one elevator that went to it. To top that off, it took about 5 mins atleast to travel between floors. The indoor pool and hot tub were disgusting and in dire need of an upgrade, but clean. And the night shift front desk man was very rude overall. But overall it was a good time. Very nice pool and great location."

Right on the beach. Hotel staff. When arriving, we were all asked to put down a $100 cash deposit that we were not notified about prior to booking the hotel. The house keeping staff would only make the bed and give us new towels, but would never take out our trash. When leaving we were forced to wait an additional two hours before leaving to get back our deposit, when the manager gave us a hard time because there was trash in our room, when the housekeeping staff had never collected it. We did receive all of our money back, but I would not stay there again.

"I was in Myrtle Beach for business, not vacation. I travel alot overnight with business so when I have to go to the beach I try to stay somewhere in my perdium, but also on the ocean. Because it's great to hear the sound of the ocean all night. This hotel was very comfortable and I am picky. It wasn't dirty and it ws spacious. I'm not sure it's great for families, but it was nice for me!"

The front desk staff was great. There were roaches in the indoor pools. The place needs some repairs. The elevators were the scariest things I've ever been on. The rooms were ok. Maid service tried to come in my room at eight in the morning. I was not pleased.

The suite would have been nice if it had been cleaner. It felt dirty. The outside of the hotel is very nice, but as soon as we got inside we regretted staying there. The hallways and our room were dirty. The beds were uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. But I will not stay here again.

I liked the location of the hotel and the other people that were staying there. The elevator needed to be updated. It had no fan, it was very small and it kept getting stuck on the wrong floor. Overall this was a great hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even though I decided against maid service, the maid left a bag of towels, shampoo, etc. The only complaint is the elevator. One of them wasn't working at all and the other was very small and extremely slow. It also kept stopping on the wrong floor. I was a little apprehensive about using it because I was scared it might get stuck in between floors. The elevator also had no fan in it which made it very hot.
