Small pillows no baby beds moldy shower dirty floor.

Be sure you know what type of room you are buying; hotel description makes you think all suites will have hot tubs as the pictures show the same thing. But the "whirlpool suites" mean you get a whirlpool tub. The hot tub suites weren't even listed on the website as an option and upon check-in I was informed the hot tub suites were. All of the rooms are supposed to be non-smoking but our room had a stale tobacco smell to it. After complaining to the online portal through which i have booked, they were able to have the hotel reimburse us for one night's stay since they didn't provide the room we thought we had booked. The hotel is not easy to access off the highway. I will not stay here again.

the breakfast was not what we expected, there was not enough to feed our family. the toilet was broke and no one ever came to fix it. the hot tub was nasty and made the pool area stink, this was extremely unattractive. pool closes to early

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel hot tub and pool were awesome. The breakfast was very good and including sausage & egg biscuits. They were working on replacing some of the baseboards on the 2nd floor and it appeared the hotel has recently suffered some minor water damage. Very nice. Great for families. Awesome hot-tub and pool - the kids loved it. The staff was very friendly and arranged an early check-in and a late check-out (although we did not stay late). I would stay there again.

Indoor pool and hot tub, Jacuzzi tub in the room. Overall very happy with the hotel. We stayed in a larger room with 2 beds and a sofa bed and slept comfortably with 2 adults and 4 children. Plenty of room for everyone's belongings. Didn't feel cramped. Very relaxing, Jacuzzi tub in room, indoor pool and hot tub. Very nice!

Excellent location near edge of town and restaurants.

Clean. Ice machine on floor was broken, water on floor in lobby elevator. Good quality. Very nice staff. Simple but good continental breakfast. Very far from airport, but enjoyed our one night stay. Didn't get to test the warm water pool or the running machine, but it was nice to see they had it available!
