We were upgraded to a suite with jacuzzi, microwave, fridge, two televisions and all the trimmings. It was the second last night of our holiday and was a lovely treat to finish up. We enjoyed it immensely.

I checked in on 3/27/09 they valet parked my vehicle and when I returned 9 days later to pick it up there was a dent in the rear quarter panel of my 2006 vehicle. No one mentioned anything and I did not notice the dent until I got home. I called they said they would look into it. No response I called again 4 days later no response. It will cost me $500.00 deductible for the damage obviously caused by backing into a light standard with the white chalky paint. Obviously they have lost my business hopefully yours to.

This is a very clean, quiet hotel and the staff is excellent.The rooms were large and they looked like they had some new improvements. I would stay here again.

This is a very basic hotel. They have no food service and there is none nearby. The shuttle service to/from the airport was timely.

Room very clean, bed comfortable. The beakfast could be better, to far from resturants. It was clean, towels & sheet beutiful bed comfortable, had problem with check in on the way home The lady in charge of breakfast was delightful. The shuttle drivers were very helpful.

We stayed only 4-5 weary hrs here. Peak of summer--room AC was not on when we entered the room. Turned it on, yes it's roaring loud, but plan to sweat to death! The AC either didn't work or couldn't catch up. Front desk said they couldn't do anything about it and took our # for the Manager to call us. Still haven't heard from the manager, and probably never will.

For my first stay it was a very good place for the money.There was a loud party and I did ask for them to tone it down. Which the staff did and was grateful for the quick response in dealing with it. Rooms were plenty big enough for a 1 night stay.

The mattress on the sofa bed was horrible. The hotel was in a good location, rooms clean and the employees were helpful.

The hotel is clean, but it rather old.The air conditioning and the small fridge are so old and loud that we had to turn them off during the night.

When I exited the airport, the shuttle-van to the hotel was there with a wonderfully helpful driver. As I entered the lobby of the Comfort Inn Sea-Tac, I was helped by a smiling face behind the desk which put me at ease--I was traveling on short-notice to be with a friend in Hospice, so the hotel staff both at the airport as well as in the hotel made my short stay pleasant during the stressful time. The room itself was extremely comfortable with a large bed, a television, clean sheets & towels, clean bathroom and a long vanity area where a coffee pot was available at one end. Breakfast, of course, was available in the morning as well as a bowl of fruit at the desk. It was a perfect place to go directly from the airport with restaurants also available nearby from which to choose if necessary!

Clean, easy, close to airport, breakfast, nice room amenities (hair dryer, iron, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot etc.). Difficult to cool down since the air was not running when we came in; AC was noisy. The room was comfortable and clean with all of the amenities we needed. The shuttle service was very convenient, fast and friendly.

The Comfort IOnn and Suites was very convienant and easy to find. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. I really liked the large bathroom and counter space to put your things out.

Excellent security, free parking a plus. Needs new treadmill. Excellent for average hotel stay, especially if you were on business in the Seattle area or flying from Sea-Tac Airport.

Comfort Inn & Suites SEATEC, WA was very comfortable. *** Check-in staff helpful. *** Late night airport transportation guy nice to talk to. He made a good impression of the hotel for me. *** Fitness room and spa kept up well. *** Location very convenient. *** One little complaint was staff member at the breakfast was not very friendly and housekeeping not hospitable with somethings I needed.

The staff was always helpful. The room was very comfortable and the location was good. It was easy to get to downtown and the airport.

The comfort Inn staff was very good and outgoing and the internet access was great. Rooms very clean and well appointed with comfortable chairs and desk to use with computer. Only thing I would add would be a nite-lite to the bathroom instead of turning on bright lights in middle of night.
