The Comfort Inn North had a very friendly staff. My complaint is the walls were moldy and they tried to cover it up with paint. I'm sure it is mold because the windows were glued or nailed closed so you couldn't get fresh air into the room.

Airport shuttle. Loud people at bar. The hotel was alright, however when we got there, a plane from ATL was canceled and we had to wait about 45 Min's to check in and then we asked for a wakeup call and did not get it. We were just staying there to be in ATL so we can go to the air port the next morning.

Not as noisy as expected -- but for travelers expecting to enjoy the restaurant on site, don't expect too much; customer service was horrible! Dining are for continental b'fast inadequate for amount of guests. Would consider staying in same area ( not facility ) again

We had no problem with this hotel. The heater was somewhat loud. The hotel is located within walking distance from the restaurants and very close to the airport. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

Excellent stay staff was great and friendly! TV made a high pitched noise! The hotel staff was amazingly friendly and helpful! I was greeted with a smile and excellent service. Rooms we clean and comfortable.

"This place is a dump. Its loud, a guy got arrested for drugs in the parking lot, furniture been eat on by dogs, carpet was shredded,elevators made a loud noise all night , could hear the airplanes and the traffic on the road all night. handicapped shuttle never came after waiting 1 hour, almost missed my flight. Dont stay here. Called and complained to manager and he never did anything. Find some where to say believe me. Also shower took forever like 15 minutes to get warm."

Convenient to airport, rooms were fine, could have been a little cleaner. Convenient location to airport and restaurants. Well lighted streets on Virginia Ave. Rooms were clean, but could have been cleaner. Comfortable bed.

"This was a perfct hotel for a quick day in/day out business trip to Atlanta. Clean, quiet, efficient, on site bar & restaurant, free breakfast, friendly helpful staff. Shuttle service to and from airport...very efficient. Taxi costs $35 to downtown. (Cheaper than renting a car) Wifi works fine...free. I'd stay again...and I travel all over the world. "

The staff and facilities made my stay pleasant and rewarding. It was an old hotel that needs some renovating. For a business traveler, having high speed internet, restaurant on site, shuttle service to airport and a friendly and helpful staff, made my short stay very acceptable and nice.

"It began with a shuttle driver who left the door open on an overflowing passenger load, putting us quite literally in mortal danger, and ended with only one employee on duty in the entire hotel, leaving absolutely no help for a disabled guest needing assistance. In between we discovered that ""restaurant open"" means ""bar has tacos"" and that many promised services were not available."
