The room wasen't clean and very smelly

Price, location, friendly welcome staff. Poor maintenance and old TV set. Good prices; location (near airport) and shuttle bus available to airport. However, the routine maintenances should be improved!

This hotel is 10 minutes or less from the airport, with free shuttle service. GREAT VALUE, and great amenities. Our room was lovely, clean, comfortable and quiet. The desk clerks were efficient and friendly. We were so pleased with the accommodations and will definitely stay here again.

Pool not on site, restaurant small. Not close to attractions but close to airport. Staff helpful. They arranged shuttles and taxi's and stored our luggage after check out so we could site see until late afternoon.

Hotel desk clerk was helpful and courteous. The floor didn't appear to have been vacumned very well.

Mostly very clean. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable.

Bar was closed at 7:00.estaurant - was self-service, food looked awful. I waited for the shuttle (which comes every 30 min) for an hour and it was full -- ended up taking a cab (14) (receptionist thought that was funny - I didn't). No restaurants in walking distance.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn the night before our cruise left. Free breakfast was overcrowded; not enough room to eat in the breakfast area. Older hotel but the rooms were very spacious. Elevators were extremely slow which would have been OK if stairs would have been available. To use the stairs, however, one had to have a map to figure out where to go to get to the main floor.

It was an excellent value: transportation, breakfast, good room. We were pleased that transportation was provided every half hour to and from the airport. The room was pleasant, the workers were good, and breakfast was fine: toast, waffles, cereal, bagels, fruit, etc.

Waited forever for hotel shuttle , ended up taking taxi to hotel. So, don't let that every half hour on the hour fool you. Check in was reasonably easy but lobby was very loud and busy with people who seemed to be loitering. Room was very old looking, carpet was stained and dirty looking. Bathroom was dimly lite and toilet seat broken. All in all, someplace we won't go back to again......

Breakfast bar, bed not bad to sleep in. Dinner was terrible and front desk girl was rude. I spoke to a girl who was very helpful and nice, she made sure I didn't get smoking level, I smoke, but my husband does not and I was with my child, I didn't want them smelling that. When I got there she put in computer to move me, she did what she said she would do, but when I got there the lady was very rude and was like no one moved you yet, I did get a pretty clean room, but the floor was wet, they could have let us know. When you go away you want to be pampered a little, clean up these hotels, or is that too much to ask!

Close to airport. Smoking floor! I haven't been in a hotel with a smoking room, let alone floor for years! I was desperate to find a room when I was unable to get on standby, but this room and hotel was awful! I can't recommend it to anyone! It does have a shuttle bus, but I seemed to keep missing it.

Free Cont Breakfast. Nasty, dirty, smelly, poor AC. First rooms ceiling was covered in mold/mildew and the AC didn't work. Chairs had what appeared to be bodily fluid stains on them. Second room AC well enough on high to barely get the room comfortable. Chairs again had many stains. There is a restaurant between the hotel and conference rooms that served a free continental breakfast consisting of cereal, bagels, fruit, toast, waffles, juice, milk, and donuts. Rooms were large but extra empty space is useless. Tiny furniture and beds. Work table and desk chair not usable for a business traveler.

Friendly front desk. Fluorescent light bulbs in room are horrible. Ok for an airport area hotel. But I will not stay there again simply because of the fluorescent lights in the room.
Date of Stay:

The breakfast was free with ample portions and seconds. The bathroom is some what small with the tub being high. It meets the needs of business, leisure and student travelers. It's centrally located to the airport and transportation at a reasonable rate for the room. If you need a disabled room, please specify to the staff prior to booking room.
