The staff was very friendly, helpful, courteous and attentive. Terribly difficult to access the room due to some difficulty with the door lock (key card). It took as much as five minutes to gain access. The staff was very accommodating and is the greatest asset this hotel has. I would happily stay again for this reason alone. The continental breakfast was very pleasant.

The room had several annoying defects: 1) fist sized hole in wall near entrance door; 2) unsecured racks in the bathroom; 2) exhaust not working in bathroom; 3) light out above lavatory; 4) hot/cold water reversed at lavatory; 5) noisy a/c unit; and 6) no instructions for telephone. I wouldn't stay here again as there are plenty of hotels in this price range that know how to inspect a room.

The bed was comfortable. The air and heating unit did not work and the room got very hot and stuffy overnight. The first room I was given had a door handle that was broken and I could not get in. I went back three times to the front desk and the manager told me that you just had to hold it up. THat did not seem safe to me. Finally theygave me another room.

The breakfast & staff were very nice in this hotel. The rooms were very dirty in this hotel. When we got to the room to find it had not been cleaned or someone was already staying there. We went back down to the lobby and they gave us a new room. We were a non smoking room on a smoking floor. The room was still not very clean. Overall, the hotel was decent but the housekeeping has something left to be desired.

The people at the hotel were very friendly and it was very spacious. There was a red ink stain (I think it was ink) in the carpet. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. It was a great location and the staffwas extremely friendly.

Convenient to many locations and easy to reach from interstate. Bathroom sink was located outside of bathroom.

Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. They transferred me to a new room which had not been cleaned then transferred me to another room where the shower curtain rack was pulled halfway down. However, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was very friendly. Very poor maintenance staff. After checking into our first room we discovered show curtain rod had been pulled out of the wall and the curtains was ripped. Returned to front desk to switch rooms. The next room was worse! The bathroom had mold around the shower and considering I have a breathing issue, we had to switch rooms for the third time. The third room had electrical problems, lights flickering on and off and face plates of the outlets hanging off. Overall, this hotel could be adorable if the maintance and housekeeping staff kept a better eye on things and fixed them as needed.

The breakfast buffet was great! Occasionaly heard airplanes taking off. We're really glad. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the desk staffwas extremely helpful and courteous. They were very engaging with our kids, as well. The suite that we had was clean and very comfortable.

The room and bathroom was clean. You had to ask for a local restaurant location map. No snack foods in vending machine. The room was nice and clean. The night attendant was friendly, but the day attendant seemed to be clueless and unfriendly.

Was clean and the staff was friendly and was close to down town. Was not pet friendly and I sometimes travel with my pet. It was clean the staff was friendly and it was quiet. However, I prefer to stay at pet friendly hotels because I do travel with my dog.
