This hotel provides superior services, the housekeeping staff was wonderful, anything I requested was promptly provided, ie extra pillows, blanket, extra towels. They cleaned the suite very good everyday. Wipe down mirrors, countertops tiled shower walls, fresh linen as needed, would change daily upon request. Just all around excellent service. The free breakfast was great, large variety to choose from, from fresh fruit to belgium waffles. I like an extra cold room. The independent air conditioning in each suite allow for personal setting. This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The location was great 3 mins from the airport. I will make this my travel hotel.

I got to leave the hotel early from the hotel. Horrible staff, no food, bus center was poor. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The check-in staff was rude, the restaurant was closed & the staff was rude about the hours when asked. The business center wasn't working properly. I almost didn't get to check in because I purchased my ticket on line and they require a 2nd credit card on file and they do not state that on line either.

Right next to the airport but very convenient to downtown as well. NIce large suites, will equipped and furnished. Excellent "continental" breakfast with waffle maker and very good coffee. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Will book again when we need to use Little Rock airport.

The location is VERY close to the airport, the shuttle service was excellent - on demand meant exactly that for us - no waiting at all. Unfortunately the proximity to the airport meant it was a cab ride to anything else. The food was terrible. The most overpriced and lousy pizza I have ever had. The breakfast was not good, all the hot food was empty the whole time we were down for breakfast both days, so could only have the small selection of so-so pastries. Did I mention the cockroach in the water jug?? Our room was excellent, very clean and quiet. If you want somewhere close to the airport, but don't plan on eating anything, I'd recommend it!

Hotel is located literally across the field from airport or about 3 minutes by shuttle. Check in staff friendly and prepared to address the concerns of jet lagged travelers checking in and out at around the clock. Breakfast begins serving at 4:30 am and they have warm cookies at night. The room has wireless internet, a desk, and a lounge chair along with a comfortable bed. Hotel is not located near runways. Do not hear planes landing or taking off.

Very close to the airport. Room was a little small. Great location and worked fine for us leaving early the next morning for 6:00 am flight. Also had a good breakfast that opened at 4:30 am. We liked that.

If you're looking for a hotel that's a stone's throw away from the airport, then this is definitely the place. The rooms were very clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the free shuttle was wonderful as it drove us to the airport in a matter of 5 minutes! Great location and very friendly staff!

The room was comfortable. But there were some minor things I would like to mention. The cold water faucet in the suite (near the refrigerator) was not working, there was no notepad or pen in the room. They offered me a different room in a different floor, but I did not want to move. As far as the location, the gas station options were not good (near the airport) one of the most expensive gas stations there as well as a no name brand. The staff was friendly. There were cookies and milk in the evening as well as coffee.

Have stayed here several times over the years and I would say the best two qualities of this hotel are it's cleanliness and the value for the money. Breakfast is good too.

This was the first time that we were unable to leave our car for free. We have always done this in the three times that we have been at this hotel. I mentioned it when I checked in and the staff didn't say anything about it. I got ready to check out at 4 am to go to the airport and the clerk said we couldn't do that for free. We would be charged an additional $30 so we went next door and parked at the security airport parking for $26.

Everyone we met was very helpful and friendly. Convenient parking to front door. Enjoyed the whole experience! Bathroom faucet was leaking hot water, couldn't get it to shut off. Excellent place to stay close to the airport and enjoyed our 2 day stay while we were there. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and would go out of their way to help you.

The computer was easily accessible to get directions for an outing. Also, the warm milk and cookies at 8 p.m. was a nice touch. Upon check-in the services were explained, and she asked if I needed a wake up call without me asking!

Very close to the airport. I felt secure driving late at night with my child to the nearby hotel. It met all my needs. I checked in late at night and chose the hotel for its proximity to the airport, which is about .5 miles. I felt secure, the hotel was clean and convenient.

The snack area was a welcome sight after returning from watching the 4th of July fireworks. Also, the lobby had a very welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast food was not that great, but they did start serving at 4:00 am which was helpful for a 7:00 am flight. It certainly served our needs as a place to stay close to the airport for an early flight. Friendly staff with a good and clean atmosphere. I would recommend it and will stay there again.

Given room already had guest in, shower controls broken. Front desk help were very nice, person running a complementary bar was a grouch and non responsive. first room given was occupied and at 10pm was a surprise to both of us when I opened the door, second room was an upgrade but the hot water knob in the shower did not work.

The Comfort Inn Little Rock Airport WAS a comfort when I arrived there weary from a long drive in pouring rain, the desk attendant quickly checked me in, then pushed a luggage buggy to my car, loaded my luggage, and cheerfully escorted me to my room - which by the way was extremely clean, modern, quiet. They serve warm cookies and cold milk in the lobby at 8 PM which is very unique.
