I was only there overnight, although, I wish I had been there longer to enjoy the pool and exercise room.

The staff was very friendly! I felt very welcome! The room was nice but not as clean as I would have liked. The eating area needs some work it leaked when it rained leaving the kids play area out of the question. The bottom of the pool wasnt the best it could be as it seemed to be coming apart. The bedspreads had very visible stains on it. On the upside the cleaning staff did a great job cleaning our room while we went to the zoo! The breakfast was great and they had a very nice selection!

The room was nice and the breakfast was good. The pool was freezing so we didn't get to enjoy it much. Overall the hotel was nice! We all enjoyed the whirlpool in the room. The pool water was cold so we couldn't enjoy it much. Our 4 year old was really looking forward to swimming all evening. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was good and hot.

The pool and hot tub were beautifully laid out. The workout facility was hot. Our room was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was very good with a good variety of food.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The pool closed at 11:00 PM. Excellent, friendly staff, nice location, very clean place.

We recently stayed at the hotel since my son was on spring break. The experience was great. The kids loved the pool and the playroom. The hotel was close to the Children's Museum and the Zoo which were two places we planned on going.

This hotel is only 5 minutes from downtown. Air condition does not work well and pool makes lobby and eating area extremely humid. If you are in a pinch this hotel is satisfactory. However, it is not in as good of shape as it was 5 years ago when I stayed there before. Hotel is extremely humid due to pool that is right off the dining room.

The Comfort Inn and Suites was very comfortable. The location was good. It took only fifteen minutes to get downtown and twenty minutes to my family house.I was very pleased

The pool was fantastic. It was fine. Easy access, nicely kept. Pool was relaxing and pretty. Staff was friendly. Price was a little high.

Nothing. Nothing. There was a whole in the room closet. No fridge, no microwave, no iron/or board, as if messy and unclean hotel. Panels off the wall. Would never advice this hotel or the area to stay. The room was awful! Smelly, unclean, walls with holes, no fridge, no microwave. We will let our associates know of the bad accommodations.

Nice common areas. Room looked pleasant and had a large whirlpool tub. The heating/air conditioning unit buzzed and rattled and kept waking me up all night. The hotel was pleasant and cleans enough. The room was spacious and had a two person whirlpool tub. However, what I really needed most was a good night's sleep before my business meetings the next day. I got very little sleep because the air conditioning unit was so old that each time it came on it buzzed and rattled. It was extremely loud-enough to wake me up and keep me awake until it went off again. I called the front desk but their response was that the maintenance person would not be in until 7:00 am. They also mentioned they had similar complaints about other rooms. There was a notice in the room that they had a 100% guarantee and if they could not fix a problem in a timely manner the room would be free. I did not feel like arguing with them about it, so I let it go, but they certainly did not stand by their guarantee. I will not stay there again.
