Friendly hotel clerks. There was noheated indoor pool but had an enclosed pool outside that was closed for the season.

"They did not have a clean room available for us even though we had a reservation, they put us in a room that had no towels, or bedding. The front desk staff was rude and lazy. When we arrived there were prostitutes working the entrance- Not a place to stay for a family or for cleanliness!"

Old and run down. This is a old hotel that they have tried to update at some point. The hotel is in disrepair dirty and smells and should be torn down.It appeared most of there business was stranded passengers of cancelled flights. If you have a choice not a hotel I would stay at.

"3 day stay for family reunion. airport shuttle seats and floor dirty. no internet, restuarant. water fountain in lobby out of service. no hot water in hotel for 1 1/2 days. pool slimy, dirty (don't use it). Several rooms had bugs. elevator did not show what floor your were on. (This was repaired on the last day however). "

Good location at the 285 and Camp Creek, near airport. Freeway noise in rooms. Rooms are bare and utilitarian. Carpet and furniture is badly in need of an upgrade. Rooms facing the freeway are noise - I couldn't sleep and had to swap rooms at 1am!

We were there for several days and the pool was closed for repair the entire time. No pillowtop mattress like at most Comfort Suites. No plug for the tub. No hairdryer even. Service was awful. I received packages and not only did they not inform me of their arrival - they didn't even know where to find them when i came to the desk. I live in hotels about 10 months out of the year. I frequently stay at Comfort Suites because they're usually one of the better hotels for the price. I will not be staying at Comfort Suites anymore.

This hotel was extremely unclean and unsafe for an individual or a family. It was very unclean and the entire hotel lobby and rooms smelled of smoke. The lock on our door had been damaged so we would have been unable to lock our room. When we complained to the front desk, we were given the option of being placed in their deluxe room which was just as unclean and smoke filled. In addition, we were traveling with our two young children and the deluxe room was a king-size bed instead of the double beds we requested. Also, it was very unsafe. The security guard at the hotel sat in a chair in the lobby the entire hour we were there. I would not recommend it to anyone traveling solo or with a family. We ended up leaving the hotel and going to another just down the street which was very nice and accommodating.

The staff were friendly and the room had everything I needed and then some for an overnight stay! It doesn't have wireless internet. This hotel was a good place to stay, it was clean and the people were friendly. The breakfast was pretty good although bananas would have been nice for breakfast, but it was good and clean!

The room had a full size refrigerator, microwave and stove top. I was amazed at the quality of the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. Additionally, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Internet access, friendly staff. Room carpet was sticky, shuttle service from airport takes 45 mins to 90 mins to arrive after the call, no eateries unless you want to drive. It is not close to the airport, it is not close to restaurants other than McDonalds and Mrs. Winners across the freeway. The carpet was stained and sticky. An earlier guest had scawled a message on the window that was still there when I checked out 4 days later.

The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed them. The pool area was a little run down and need cleaning more often. I would stay at this hotel again. I had a nice experience here. I would recommend that the hotel invest in better mattresses for the beds.

The location was excellent for airport travel. Maintenance of room was very inadequate. While the location is great, we were very disappointed with the upkeep of room and hotel in general. Shower was broken, hairdryer outlet not working, mold on ceiling in bathroom. This is not typical for a Comfort Inn & Suites based on our previous experiences. Shuttle to airport would be nice.

The bathtub was stopped up and we made several requests to unstop it. Nothing was done. This is a nice hotel on the low end of the scale. The room service was slow and we could not get anyone to unstop the bathtub. I would not stay here again.
