It's a bed and within walking distance to parts of ASU, but it's a bed with a very crowded breakfast (which isn't very good at all), but it's near ASU. Still, it's just a bed.

My son and I attended his freshman orientation for ASU. I was looking for location first and hotel chain reputation. The Comfort Inn and Suites location was fairly close to ASU and it was clean. It served our purpose well.

Proximity to University can be an issue weekend student guests were returning to the hotel at wee hours of morning, some in not the best shape!

Across the street from my business appointments and for othersvery close to the ASU campus for activities. Nothing! I have stayed here 6-8 times a year over the course of almost 3 years, various times of the year and they are always consistent. Many of the front desk people have been here for a long time. I imagine that is a high turn over position. So it says something for management as well.

Conveniently located right near the AS campus. Real pricy for a Comfort inn. The hotel is very close to the AS campus which suited my needs, and the breakfast was good.

The rooms were clean and had what you needed. I was upgraded to a suite and had plenty of room. The bedspread was starting to look aged. In the morning I could easily hear others in the hotel. This hotel is within a 15 minute walk to asu campus, which is why I stayed there. It was clean and did the job. They did not provide a shuttle to the airport as some of the other hotels in the area did.

The room was very adequate and location fit our needs. Really did not like the fact that there were lots of students in the halls/elevator on check-in. Clean, convenient, functional. Some asu college students living full-time at this hotel, or so it seemed.

Clean. Hot in the halls and the toilet paper was awful. Good hotel for traveler with family or on business. Bring your own toilet paper. The temperature in the hallways was too warm. The breakfast was not to my liking.

Good for business travelers. It was consternation out side the hotel to much noise. The hotel is good for business travelers.
