I had 2 problems. the sink drained slow and the room had a bad odor. They sprayed the room with a deoterizer that lasted 1 night. We slept with the window open. They never tried to fix the sink. I would like a discount or refund. They stated "I paid Orbitz and they would talk to you". They probablly didn't do that either. Al

It was convenient to customer location. It was behind other buildings and hard to locate if you come from a different direction.

Clean and comfortable room with very comfortable bed. Only con was room not cleaned and serviced if still occupied by noon - housekeeping cleans mornings only.

My wife & I found this hotel a great place to stay. We got a hot tub room which was shaped like a heart for *.00. The hotel was full the week that we stayed, the rooms were soooo quite. This hotel is one of the best in Door County, WI. Great all round experience.

Liked the large room and space. Easy to get to our room. Only slight negative, Came back on Wed. night and the maid had left the air comditioner on full force and it was so cold in the room we had to put on the heat for a while. We had left the air off when we left. I had trouble seeing the sign to turn off as the hotel was behind another business. Over all, liked the hotel.

Check in and check out was fast and friendly. They were very helpful when we asked questions. Personnel always had a friendly smile. We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was OK for people who can't afford to stay in the high priced Door County hotels or B & B's. It is about a 25 min. drive north to the touristy distinations. The place was nothing more than average and seemed to have not been remodeled in years. Would not stay here again with so many nearby alternatives.

Clean, very nice staff. Tub has a really loud squeak when you walk on it floor is not supported well. Very nice for the money, I would stay there again.

This was my second visit to this motel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The continetal breakfast has alot to offer. For any futher trips to Stugeon Bay I will choose this motel! The room was clean and comfortable. The distance to historic Sturgeon Bay was less than a 3 min. drive. My room had a refrigerator and a microwave which was nice since I stayed 4 days. The extra pillows on the bed helped make the bed and room more inviting. It was awesome! Its called Door Counry cruises.

Clean, friendly and comfortable beds. Since I didn't have a computer the staff was unable to assist me in finding a business & a waitress in a restaurant went out of her way to help me. It would help in the future if the staff had a computer to look up something for the guests who don't have one of their own with them.

Cleaning staff was excellent. Too far from restaurants. A clean hotel, but for the price I would expect a few more amenities. They were stingy with the in room coffee (1 coffee & 1 sugar/creamer for 4 cups). The pool was small, but very clean. Had room for a spa, but did not have one.

The room size and amenities were fine. Staff was less than friendly. Typical Comfort Inn, in that the amenities were adequate but nothing was special. The morning coffee was good.

Comfortable, reasonably price, close to attractions, easy to reach. Does not have a table and chairs for eating in room. We have stayed in this motel previously. In fact, the innkeeper remembered us from last year. I like that kind of personal touch. We'll stay in this motel again.

The location was perfect next to a Walgreen drugstore. Burned out bulb, empty toilet paper roll in bathroom. Room did not smell clean. No cup for coffee on first night in room. I was there for a funeral and later found out I should have gotten a bereavement discount which I did not receive. I had told the clerk I was there for a funeral but I received no such discount as other relatives did at other hotels.

Convenient location Ants in the room. A lot of ants in the room. in several locations I had to change rooms because of a large number if ants in the room. The second room still had a few insects (beetles) in the bath tub. The rooms did appear clean although.

Jacuzzi in the room and having refrigerator in room. Price was more than I wanted to pay for small town. The hotel was very nice. Comfortable spacious suite with king bed, no smoking, Jacuzzi tub in the room as well as microwave and refrigerator. However, for a town of only 9400 people, I thought the price was a bit high for 1 night.
