Friendly staff. Clean. No fitness center. Just a treadmill and bike in the same room as breakfast. Who wants to work out while people are eating.

I have stayed at many Choice Hotels and always had a nice experience but this motel ruined my lucky streak. I was greeted at this Comfort Inn by a teenage boy wearing a dirty baseball cap, worn sideways. While one shouldn't judge people by what they wear, service personnel at motels should always be professional in appearance. I didn't feel very confident in the place from the get-go. I paid a hefty * for Saturday night for this hotel and have been at MUCH nicer places for that price. For that cost, you better be very friendly and NONE of the staff here were. In fact, I only saw about two staff over the estimated age of 18 during my entire stay. The staff seemed to be glued to the computer (the internet? games?) screen most times, and weren't entirely unfriendly, but were indifferent & not very professional. I found the back door, which is locked and needs a key card to open, gently propped open on two occasions, at night. The nice man running the continental breakfast, while friendly, did not speak English well and had his entire family there for breakfast and watched spanish television on the breakfast room tv, which was kind of okay, but I don't speak spanish & it was a bit strange. The room was clean, and moderately decorated. The pool was freezing cold. The hot tub lukewarm. No towels are left in the pool room and when I asked the teenager at the desk one time for towels, he walked away mumbling, 'if i can find some'. Find another nearby hotel where the staff is better. Thumbs down.

Front desk help unfriendly and not helpful. The rooms didn't had microwave & refrigerator. We stayed two nights and our keys stopped working after the first night. The front desk lady was really not very helpful or friendly.

This facility lost my reservation, charged my credit card for a no-show, denied it even when I faxed a copy and were rude and hostile to me on the phone. Bottom line: I had to find another place to stay at the last minute. Their customer service was deplorable.

The room was very clean and had the assets that I wanted. The shower head in our bathroom didn't have enough pressure for my liking. This was a fantastic hotel. We had the whirlpool suite and it was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get away for a weekend.

I stay at several hotels throughout the year and allot of times we frequent the Choice Hotel chain. We have always been satisfied. If you plan on staying here beware. The hot tub is luke warm, the management are not at all accomadating to their guests, they are actually the worst I have ever encountered. Please beware as you will spend allot of money to be treated like second class citizens. I wish that we knew this before hand.
