I wasn't able to check in the hotel until 5pm on 6/15/07, upon check in the toilet was stopped up. I called the front desk they said maintenance had left for the day and a maid brought me a plunger. I aked her to do the plunging as I had not even sat on the toilet. There was mold in and around the bathtub area and the bathtub was not clean. I was told on 6/17/07 check out day the office would open at 6:45am, I waited until 7am and was not allowed in the office as the security guard told me the girl up front was busy. I also had to kill two roaches crawling on my wall. I have never had such a bad experience in any hotel. The staff was rude and not cooperative at all.

The hotel seemed clean outside and the front desk was very nice. My room was very small and had the worst smell. It smelled as though a cat has been locked in the room for days.

We were very unhappy with our stay, our non-smoking room smelled of smoke, the toilet did not flush completely and the TV would only get the Menu channel

Its right next to the freeway & food. The rooms are a little small. It's a great place to stay its right next to the freeway & good food. The rooms are a little small but for the price, its a great room &I will go back again & again.
