Hotel was very nice, Staff was fantastic. Hotel is now the exclusive hotel for our university, when we travel to Steamboat Springs. Thanks again

The management unlocks all room doors and leaves the deadbolt sticking out so that cleaning staff can enter rooms. I returned to my room at 10:00 PM and and found my door was still ajar with the deadbolt out. It was open all day and evening. Exterior security doors are never locked. Trash outside the building remained there for the entire weekend. I would never stay there again.

Great breakfast, nice rooms, refrigerator a nice addition, nice size rooms clean. Front desk staff not totally attentive. I would definitely stay there again. Close to town and activities, quiet, clean and great breakfast.

The Comfort Inn of Steamboat Springs was a great place for me to stay while in town for business, I got a room with a King bed with Jacuzzi and it was one of the cleanest rooms, I have ever stayed in. The breakfast was good egg pattys, meat, waffles, sweet rolls, etc. It met my needs. I even brought my customer to the hotel and we ordered pizza and had a few beers in the breakfast room while watching basketball. (We brought our own beer) The staff was great, V from Ukraine was very friendly, she was the desk clerk.

Way too expensive for the quality of the hotel. The gentleman working the front desk was professional and polite. The rooms were not ready on time for reasons unknown to me, however the gentleman at the front desk handled the pressure well. It appears that the management/owners are not exactly qualified for the hospitality industry. The hotel carpet was stained throughout my room and all the hallways. The upkeep and maintenance of this hotel does not seem to be a priority for the owners, but it did appear the staff was adequate and did their best in making the rooms look as clean and orderly as possible under these circumstances. I do visit Steamboat frequently and will never stay here again nor will I recommend it to others.

Nothing. Staff attitudes, if you work in the tourist industry don't ask like youre annoyed by tourist. They originally would not give us a late checkout because they had a lot of workers staying there the next day. Then said we could have one for and extra dollars. House keeping through away my fiance's swag bag with her bib number, t-shirt, and other items it. Had to go through the dumpster to get it back.

Bathroom was not clean. Found another's hair in bathroom. Moldy shower curtain and tub. No pressure in shower. Carpet was dirty. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from above and to the side. I mean everything!! Bring ear plugs if you plan to sleep. Room was very very small. Fire alarm went off at 5am. No reason from management when I asked. Breakfast was okay but area not very clean and selection was poor.Summary: Not a good deal for the money. Not a flea bag but not as good as it should be. Holiday Inn and Fairfield Suites much much better for about the same price.

Clean. Weird lobby. Could not find lobby from outside. Cont. breakfast was okay. Not great, but not bad either. Very clean hotel. Difficult to find the main lobby once we pulled in. Good experience, no bad surprises.

I was pleasantly surprised by the indoor hot tub & pool. We had planned to go to the heated, outdoor pool & natural spring so we will try it next time. Parking was a little space, but we were able to park in one of the 6 front spots each time. We were in Steamboat to ski so we didn't spend allot of time in the hotel. The hot tub is a nice amenity for sore muscles from skiing. The continental breakfast was loaded with hot food including eggs, sausage gravy. Some biscuits for the gravy would have been nice. The beds slept nice. They had lots of big pillows.

The beds were great, the desk clerk was very helpful with helping my family. Breakfast in the morning was good eggs, gravy, waffles could not ask for more
