It was clean and close to everything. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. All alarm clocks went on at 5 am, even in the empty rooms. Did not know how to shut them off.

I love this hotel! My company travels me, and I had the opportunity to go to Sedalia. I live in Kansas City, MO, and travel through Sedalia almost every other week. I've driven by this hotel many times. I stayed two nights here. The hotel sits on 50 highway, before 65 highway. It looks like a railroad station. My check in was simple, and I had a short walk to my room. The room was clean, fresh, and there was a bottle of water, and microwave popcorn, compliments of the hotel, on top of the refrigerator. There is a desk, with a quick internet, and a coffee machine. The bathroom is small. The bed is comfortable. The room has a clock radio but I use my Blackberry for my alarm. The room itself was spacious, with a couch, a large flat screen t.v., with the stations tuned to the local Kansas City stations, and cable. The hotel's continental breakfast was complete with a waffle maker and batter, eggs, sausage, donuts, bagels, muffins, fruit, cereal, and juice, milk, tea, coffee, and other morning brunch food. The eating area is in the corner of the lounge area. The tables and chairs remind one of an older cafe. The staff, they are wonderful! I enjoyed them. They are so kind and helpful. The parking was right next to my room. I would most definitely stay there again. I hope if I have to travel with my company again, in Sedalia, that they select this hotel.

We were stuck in a smoking room and it stunk soooo bad. It was a jacuzzi suite and overpriced for the area. The pool was nice but small, my daughter loves any pool and inside pools are always good. The jacuzzi was fun, my three year old loved it. However, we were on the first floor and when we opened the window there was no screen and it opened all the way and OH, it wasn't locked when we got in there! Security---not so good or smart. Overall it had a warm and hearty feeling and I would stay again but make earlier reservations on a holiday weekend so that I don't get a stinky smoking room. PS I have been in a smoking room before and nothing stunk like this one... it was not pleasant. The hotel is off to one side of town, but still in town, just not centrally located. Walmart is across the street and applebees in 500 ft away. A good bar across the street but not anything to be worried about. Just in decent distance if you need a good drink. :)

The window to the pool from the main lobby. Water pressure in shower was low. For a holiday weekend, it was a great experience and all needs were met satisfactorily.

We stay each year on our way to Branson and find it to be the best hotel stay of our trip. We love the fall decorations, great breakfast and friendly staff. They have added some things since the last time we were through. Microwave popcorn, flat screen tv, and hot breakfast items. Each time we stay we are impressed.

This was a really nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay. Even though we did not get a chance to use it the pool & hot tub area looked really nice. The breakfast bar was awesome with a lot of choices. Excellent & affordable place to stay.

Comfort and quality of the rooms and furnishings/bedding. Dining area for breakfast was congested. First time to stay at a Comfort Inn. Was very impressed with the rooms and complementary breakfast. Quite, not a lot of outside noise. Good location.

My family traveled to Missouri for my nephew's wedding. After a 10 hour drive we looked forward into our clean, fresh beds in our non-smoking rooms. since there were 5 of us (4 adults and a child) they kindly allowed us to share one room with a rollaway bed added. Well when we walked in we were blown away by the smoke stench, the mattresses on the beds were worn down and upcomfortable, and the rollaway bed was LESS comfortable then the floor. I even found a button under the covers..CLEAN beddiing??? There was a dip about 5" across in the floor that was a definite "tripper". Last but not least, my 12 year old found a full, unopened can of beer under the bed.....NONE OF US WERE DRINKERS....hummm. On there behalf, they did give us a discount which we appreciated but regardless, I could not recommend this hotel to anyone. Oh yes - the whirlpool broke down while we were there too.
