Clean and convenient to my destination. There was a gap at the bottom of the doors that was disconcerting. Nice hotel. Good value.

Staff needs TRAINING!!! Check in took 45 min. Waterpark ideal for young children except that there were no staff in the area & ppl were leaving little kids, boring for most teenagers! Long lines @ breakfast, limited selection and nowhere to sit. Games kept taking money and staff accused my kids of lying about it!!!!!

The kids loved the indoor water park. The continental breakfast seating area was by far not large enough to accommodate the number of guests there. The comfort inn Bellville was a wonderful weekend getaway with the kids. The staff was very accommodating and the kids loved "splash harbor". Our room was very nice, and it was clean. The only complaint I would have about our stay was the breakfast area in the morning. It is very small and not enough seating for guests.

Exercise room and its fine equipment. There was nothing that I did not like. I was expecting just a clean, comfortable room. I was surprised that there were more amenities that enabled the stay to be enjoyable.
