We were happy with everything, but were disappointed with the fact that the hot breakfast ended at 9:00 am. We feel that 10 am would accommodate those wanting to have somewhat of a restful vacation. We went down to eat at 9:20 and were told that the breakfast had ended and they had cleaned up at 9am. The kids were especially disappointed when they saw the Belgian waffle irons. I guess you can't sleep in if you vacation here. We ended up having to pay $27.00 up the road at McDonalds for our family of 5. I wish the hotel staff would have let us know that the breakfast ended at 9am when we had checked in, because that reduced the value of the hotel for us. The extra sleep wasn't worth the $27.00 for us. We really needed some family fun at a good price.

Once arrived they tried to put us in a smoking room. We were gone most the night. In the morning when we tried to get my two year old the continental breakfast they locked the door earlier than posted time. Had to go to Bashas and buy her donuts. Screwed up our morning plans. Then on check out they were rude again. Very disappointed and frustrated!

We stayed for one night. When we got there the toliet was plugged and didn't work. We told the front desk and my husband was handed a plunger to go and advised to go and fix it. After paying cash and leaving a credit card for the 50 deposit, the hotel charged our debit card and was no help in getting the charge taken off.

We spent an nice quiet weekend in Snowflake. Took a scenic ride around the area. It was Memorial Day weekend and many of the restaurants in the area was closed as were the museums which was a bummer. However, we still enjoyed our time and found the motel nice and clean with a friendly staff. Would recommend to others.

Comfort Inn Snowflake's location was most comfortable and convenient for us. We were there to visit my brother whose business was just down the street. I hadn't seen him in 21 years, so being so close we had more time to visit and didn't have to use a lot of expensive gas to do so. We appreciated the extras like the iron and ironing board and the hair dryer in the room. Our room was spacious and very comfortable.

Staff let me park my motorcycle in a preferred spot. Noisy at times with young children chattering. I would definitely stay at this motel again. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and responsive to the needs of the guest.
