The lady that checked us in wasn't very friendly. When we got to the room it had a terrible smoke smell emitting out the door. I had to go back downstairs to ask for another wash cloth and towel because there was only one in the room. The same lady informed me that they were running short and acted as though I was bothering her to get me another one.

First glance ok. Bed Bugs. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bed was softer than most and I slept very well. The driveway wasn't easy to get into from the main road. We had a good time and it was very comfortable. Would have liked to seen a little more on the breakfast bar.

Location to Ferrum College. Free wireless Internet! Fresh waffles at breakfast. Front desk staff pleasant and helpful. Only fast food available nearby. Had to drive for a nice meal. Too few breakfast offerings. Not enough towels in room. Nice hotel if you need to stay in the area. Not many hotel choices but this one is always reliable. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The Sunday morning breakfast attendant was not very cordial. She seemed bothered when a man asked for napkins and when a woman did not know how to work the waffle maker. I was fortunate not to need her services and she was glad to take a smoke break. Everything considered, you can not go wrong with this establishment.
