Pleasant place, city bus stop w/in 100 meters. Eleven Dollars all-day city bus pass to go into, out of and run around Auckland. In room kitchen, continental breakfast food supplied. Fine for a day or two.

Could not use guest's clothes dryers as all were out of order, yet the dryer for the hotel use was in working, but we were not allowed to use it. No tea or coffee facilites in the room. No luggage trolley or assistance with bags to room. Not good value for money!!

No dining room. Room service available. Essentially a rather old motel room with bathroom and cooking facilities, not a hotel. Bed was comfortable and clean, facilities clean and well equipped, TV worked, desk staff friendly and obliging.

Okay for a basic level motel, but you wouldn't spend more than one night there. Some things needed repair (ie several light bulbs not working, kitchen blind wouldn't close) and there was no microwave. Had some noisy guests in a neighbouring room, but that can happen anywhere. Reception staff were friendly. Shops and restaurants within short drive/walk.

Pretty basic Motel but adequate, and a great location for people who have just landed or have an early morning departure. While we didn't use it, there is a free airport shuttle, which is also a big plus

It was a very simple place, clean and warm. There isn't that many parking spaces but overall had an enjoyable stay.

Clean and tidy but very simple by international standards. Also probably not the best introduction to Auckland. Suitable for people in transit who just want to sleep after a long flight.
