Clean for the age. Doing the best they can with what they have. Older building and decor but expected. Cigarette smell in hallways.

It's about 10-15 minutes to the falls, not to far out of the way, near shopping plaza and some good resturants. Staff was very nice, hotel is dated but very clean. My only complaint was I have never layed in a bed that was so hard, when my Girlfriend sat on the bed she said OMG, it's like sitting on a granite counter top, When I layed on it, it didnt budge, it was very uncomfortable, the second night I ended up pulling the sleep sofa out, it was actually more comfortable than the bed....we both tossed and turned. Other than that, like I said, the room was very clean and the staff great but a bit out of the way, so if you go to the falls pack your car with anything you may need because you have to pay for parking by the falls, and bring a blanket to sit or lay in one of the parks near the falls. Casino parking is only 5 bucks and it is covered. Most other parking is 13 and up, they have an adventure pass that is an excellent deal for adult and kids to see all of the falls. Do the Maid of the Mist early as lines get heavy in the afternoon, the Butterfly conservatory was excellent and we almost passed it up as too boring, if you drive 3 minutes past it, you will come to the floral clock, very cool. 1 last thing, if you really shop around you could find the same quality hotel or better closer to the falls.

To sum it up, good inexpensive place to stay in southern Ontario. The hotel was easy to find, sits right off of the QEW, and has quick access to shopping plazas. Was a relatively short drive to the falls (15 minutes or so). The staff was courteous and quick. The room itself was a decent size and included a table, 2 chairs, and a small couch. You could tell the property itself was a bit older but everything was clean and in working order. Bed was comfortable, everything appeared to be clean. No perks or extras with this room but at this price point I wasn't looking for or expecting any. All-in-all I have to say I have no complaints.

Right off highway. Outdated decor. Good basic hotel, easy access to highway, close to shops and great for short stays.

Stayed there prior to a Yankee/Jays game. Within 60 min. from Toronto. Quiet stay right off the highway. Staff was very helpful.

It was close to Niagara Falls, beds were comfortable. Charged too much for a water bottle. I recommend this hotel because it was close to the falls and it was not that expensive.

High speed internet,TV channels, oven and fridge in room helps a lot.

The front desk clerk was nice. The stench of the room was nauseating. Only stay here in the event of an emergency.

hotel location was convenient, staff was friendly especially vera and service was great. the charge for water bottle in the room was deceiving and very unsatisfactory. If the water bottle is left in guest rooms then it should be mentioned clearly that guest has to pay for that water bottle if used. It is highly treacherous to make guest pay for water in this manner. Very disappointed.

Staff goes 110% all day every day! Could have used an elevator. Comfort is the operative word -- comfortable rooms, happy staff, and convenient location. I'll definitely be back.

The location was convenient. Very plain, and the bed was uncomfortable. The location was convenient and very plain, and the bed was uncomfortable.

You know what to expect with this chain and it is always positive. Nothing. It is a chain and you know what to expect. There is a restaurant attached. I do not like this chain, so we did not eat there. We have been to St.Catharines many times and we have found restaurants which we like.

Big room and clean. Bad smell in the first floor (smoking smell). Good hotel for traveler going to Niagara fall.

Location great for where we wanted to go. Staff always helpful. It had no continental breakfast and no pool. For those who plan to be out of the room more than in, this Comfort Inn is a great place for the price we got. While it doesn't provide a continental breakfast, a restaurant is connected. It is wonderfully located for easy highway access to Niagara Falls and other tourist locations. It doesn't have anything that children would enjoy, like an indoor pool.

The lady at the desk was most helpful. It did not have a elevator. The lady at the desk was very helpful on sites to see around St. Catherins besides the falls. There was not a breakfast but there was a restuarant on the premises.

It had a friendly staff, it was clean, and we could check out late. It was a little far from the down town stuff, and it was a bit hard to find at first. This hotel was adaquate for us. Being we only used the facility for our sleeping needs, we were not at the hotel much. It was resonably priced for the area.

It is reliable - the is wher I stay when I go to St Catharines. the cleaning staff did not pick up well and the beds were made carelessly. I had to remake my bed for comfort.

Friendly staff - great customer service, clean room and hotel in general. Good location just off the QEW in a safe environment, excellent customer service & hotel is clean.

It was clean. No pool. No breakfast. This hotel was what I expected in a Comfort Inn. There was no continental breakfast, which is often offered at these family-oriented hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions.

Rooms were clean, convenient to the QEW, and friendly staff. I would have liked a suitcase stand, you know one of those metal things that keep your suitcase off of the floor. Very friendly staff, had fridge and coffee maker in room, blow dryer. Close to the Falls, and Niagara on the Lake.
