The rooms were very nice and I liked the indoor pool. The hotel clerk was not friendly and the swimming pool was very cold.

Due to a blizzard in the north, we had to find other ways to get home to Phoenix from KC. We ended up here, getting the last room. Very spacious, very comfortable. Can hear people stomping upstairs, though."

Nice bed, flat screen TV, clean. The hotel was in new condition with nice bedding and a flat screen TV. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice.

I was in Roswell to visit NMMI the local college with my brother. I been to a lot of hotels and this is one of the best. Again, customer service was great.

Easy to find, clean rooms and very friendly staff. Perfect, easy to locate and clean and comfortable rooms. Large flat screen TV andfree internet.

Beautiful rooms, staff was very friendly, everything was just great. The beds were very comfortable and we traveled with three kids 9, 6, and 2. With the 2 queen suite it also had a twin hide-a-bed so everyone had a spot to stay. It also had super nice flat screen TV in both rooms of the suite so we could watch news and the kids were still entertained with cartoons! We also took the opportunity to try the swimming pool and hot tub and were very nice and relaxing after a long drive. I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time we come!

Easy to find, cozy room, nice TV. No low-crab offerings at breakfast bar. Our room and beds were large, clean and comfortable. The flat-screen TV was a hit with my kids. The breakfast bar has good waffles but could use low-crab offerings too.

The hotel was very welcoming after a long drive. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool, and breakfast the next morning was great. There was nothing about this hotel that I didn't like. Everything met my expectations. The hotel is on the edge of town, which was good for us. The pool was older looking but still enjoyable. The room was clean, the beds comfortable. Breakfast was served in the morning, and it had a wide selection of foods. We all enjoyed our stay in Roswell.
