the location of the hotel was great...the room was clean and tidy...the bath tub could have used a little more attention...that was the only down fall...staff was attentive...and courteous..the hotel was easily accessible...quiet and very comfortable..i would stay again...the view of the river behind the hotel was beautiful...definately worth a return trip...

The room was decorated very nicely. The front desk staff was unresponsive at best during check in. The hotel is situated on the river with a nice view on the river side. However, the street view leaves a bit to be desired. The front desk staff did not even acknowledge my presence as I waited to check in. The breakfast is nice and the breakfast attendants were very thorough. The room was very small, but nicely decorated.

Their was mold in the bathroom, the rooms are cramped, the hallway dark and dingy, and the lock to our room broke. They did move us, but not a great hotel. Did not live up to website appearance.

The Comfort Inn was comfortable although the room was small. Outdoor pool was nice.

We arrived late and the staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms are small for family of four. Hotel was adequate for what we used it for which was a place to stop for the night on our way home. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet enough. There was not enough vending machines for a late night snack and the rooms were small for a family of four. The breakfast was also adequate. I would definitely use priceline again for this reason.

one drawer pull missing - bedside lamps had burned out bulbs-toilet seat was broken-tub did not drain properly-both ice machines out of order-no cream for coffee at cont. breakfast on last morning-room service good

The Hotel was under construction, signage was extremely poor front ofice sign did not exist!!, had to fix the plumbng problem with the toilet ourselves hotel staff was told but did nothing to repair it or offer an a reason why they didn't respond, bathroom sink is probaly still leaking!! Th epool had a leak losing 2'-3' of water on a daily basis, Construction crew loud and very slow started early in morning and work till very late each night but didn't see much completed. Nieghborhood a little on the run down side nice view of the river ,but they forget to mention the railroad bridge next to the hotel. Hallway up stairs to our room was extremely filthy, construcion debris left ion hallway all week plaster, sheet rock paint cans, hallways no ventilation extremely hot , Fire alarm sounding in the middle of th enight we were the only hotel guest to re-act hotel staff tells us it happens all the time so they call the fire dept to tell them not to respond. Some of th ehotel staff were smoking right outside the lobby door even though they claim to be a smoke free hotel HA!! The morning breakfast was o.k. The hotel restaurant didn't look very inviting and I didn't see many people dining there all week.

The breakfast and the beds. No elevator! Poor part of town. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had many options and was good. There was not an elevator so that was a pain checking in as we were on the second floor. Also I was a little uneasy about the area of the city.

I found the rooms small, the hallway and room carpet in need of a good cleaning, and the service staff not very friendly.

My family and I took a spur of the moment trip to Hershey Park and we found this hotel to stay in, the hotel was under construction at the time so the lobby was very messy but that was o.k. they put us in a room away from the noise. In the morning we went down to the sunshine breakfast, the food itself was fine but the woman taking care of that area was in the worst mood she was in your way slamming cupbard doors and snapping at people everyone there was making comments about her yelling at them for not knowing how to use the waffle maker or putting something where it was not supposedto be. Someone got some waffle stuck on the waffle maker so she slammed it down and turned it off even though there was a bunch more people waiting and an hour left for breakfast, I really think she needs to be in a place where she does not deal with people. Oh when she was not in your way she was standing watching you and flipping her teeth in her mouth it was making me not want to eat anyway.

They said they would be renovating later but we were charged what I consider a full rate. The hallways were dark and dirty. Walls in rooms same. Rust in the tub and toilet. Cramped rooms. The staff did the best they could with what they had to work with.

The Comfort Inn at the Riverfront was under construction but the hotel was still accomodating and very friendly. They had a computer access and the rrom was very comfortable. Located in a convient place; close to Hershey and a couple of blocks to downtown.

The hotel had a beautiful view of the river and was in a quaint area of the city. The hotel is still under Renovations and the staff was not very friendly. We asked for non-smoking but were given a smelly room at first. Second room smelled fine and but needed a little deeper cleaning. This hotel is under renovation still. Once they finish and keep up on the cleaning I think it could be nice. Staff was fighting in the lobby when we arrived. Not the best start. Continental breakfast average. This is located in the city so not much else to choose for as far as kid friendly food within walking distance. Might stay again when fully renovated.

I spent the worst weekend ever in this hotel. First they gave away my resevation after I called and confirmed two days earlier. Second,, after telling me and another guest that they did not have anymore rooms, they found us one. the rooms door chain was broken along with the deadbolt lock. After calling the mantieance man and waiting a half hour, they found us another room. , Upon returing to our room after being gone all day, we realized that they left our door into the room cracked open. They didn't forget to take the tip we left them, however they forgot to vaccumm the carpet.

The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was extrememly polite and helpful. My children commented that this must be like what it is to stay at the Tipton (the hotel from their favorite Disney Show). The hotel was very comfortable and an easy drive to Hershey Park and other area attractions. It was also located very close to some excellent dinning in the area (only 2 walking blocks away). The room contained 2 doubles and was very spacious. It easily accommodated our family of four. The bathroom was a little small, but not so bad it was inconvient. The indoor pool was very nice. Only bad part was the parking garage was very small. Park early!!!

It was across from the water. It was under construction and the toilet did not work. The staff was very nice, the room was neat and clean.

The room at the Comfort Inn Riverfron twas large, comfortable and clean. We initially we put in a room with a broken key card lock. The staff were very helpful in getting us a different room, providing numbers for differet cab services, and dining and entertainment recommendations. Everyone was very courteous and professional. The location is great, as is the view of the river.

Continental breakfast and nice view The hotel was under construction. Where our room was there was no elevator so we had to climb stairs to the second floor with luggage. Room was set up weird. The desk and chair was right in front of the bed with no room to turn the chair. Room was nice besides that. Also there was room for a microwave and refrigerator but they weren't there.
