Close to highway. Pool was dirty, closed for the season. Should have indicated a seasonal pool. Traveling with young children we prefer hotels with swimming pools, even if they are not heated. This hotel should explain that their pool is closed during the winter.

Internet service not working. Desk indicated CHOICE had been contacted to fix. (Did not realize Choice fixed these - Lie #1) Upon check out, I presented the room card proclaiming my 100% satisfaction gaurentee. The desk person could not honor this, without approval from the manager who not arrive till 1:00PM. (100% Satisfaction Card - Lie #2) The desk person indicated I would get a call from the manager, but that I had to pay for my room. (Never got the call - Lie #3) Left a message with the manager, around 4:00PM, who's voice mail indicated that she would call me back. 2 days later,,, still no call. (Lie #4) Meanwhile, they processed the payment on my card. Too bad for them. I am a business traveler,,, spending almost 90 days per year in a hotel. I was looking to move from Wyndham Rewards,,, to the Choice awards. But if this is indicative of the Choice Hotel's,,, I don't think I can afford to do that. Think from now on,,, I'll just stay in Savanna, or go on to Hilton Head. OH,,, and the internet was working at the Days Inn across the street. I took my laptop over, showed them my Wyndham rewards card, and they gave me a pass to jump on the network, right in the lobby. They said it was OK, even if I was staying at a Choice hotel. They hoped I would stay with them next time, and they told me there are frequent issues with the internet at Comfort,,, but I can not confirm or deny this. However, they did understand business deadlines and business travel.

rooms were clean and neat, service was excellent the staff was very helpful and friendly. the pillows need more support and the bath towels could use some fabric softener, other than those two items, it was a pleasant week long stay, I would recommend this hotel to others.

Clean, and friendly people. The room could be a little bigger. It would have been nice to not have to go outside to get to the ice machine or the laundry room. The laundry room was cold and had no place to sit.

Great Staff, very friendly & helpful. Nothing. We were staying overnight on the way to Orlando Fl. The staff was excellent and the room clean and neat. The indoor pool looked great. Breakfast was good as well.

The breakfast staff and food was good. I think the rug in room 121 needed to be shampooed. The restaurant behind the hotel, "Jakes Back Porch" was fantastic! The indoor and outdoor swimming pools along with access to washing machines helped create a relaxing and pleasurable visit.
