Hotel was awful, skip cleaning room, elavator broken, awful restruant with rude staff. DSL not working. Unfriendly employees and refuse to answer email sent. Terrible expereince.

Convenience to the interstate. Safe. The restaurant did not have much selection. The hotel staff was friendly. Check-in and check-out was very easy.

Closeness to Boston and Quincy. Hotel room was dirty, not cleaned well andalso some public areas. Hotel needs to follow up behind their cleaners to ensure the hotel and rooms are thoroughly clean. Our room and some public areas were not very clean.

The staff did all that was possible to ensure our comfort at all times. There was always someone to answer questions, solve issues, and provide comfort. This hotel is well located, and is accessible to all events in the BOS area. The gym is nice, as well as the restaurant. Both were on site. All staff members were pleasant at all times.

Convenient location, 24hr front desk, friendly staff. Not clean. I would not recommend this hotel. The linens and bathroom were both dirty. The reception on the TV was terrible. The temperature in the room was virtually impossible to control.

Free internet access in room. Bathroom. First impression was of the bathroom which was in poor state of decoration. Tiles were not in good condition, shower was cramped, shampoo was not replaced when finished, towels, although hung up so as not to be changed daily were removed and replaced every day. Light bulb not replaced. Food was good and reasonably priced. Free internet access in rooms. Small fridge in room. Really it was mainly the bathroom that let the hotel down.

Easy access from highway. First room I was given was ground floor right on parking lot, but was able to change. Room was clean, furnishings somewhat dated. The room did had a breakfast menu, but not lunch/dinner menu for onsite restraurant. Old TV did not have bright screen, and there was no TV station directory in the room.

Very good value. Slow check in. Our room was of good sized, clean and quiet and the location is perfect. Not much luxury, but perfectly acceptable. There is an excellent Italian restaurant (La Scala) less than a mile from the motel which serves great food at moderate prices, but, be warned, does not take credit cards.

Free parking, free internet, decent rooms, good food. Bar closed at 10 pm. Overall I was very satisfied. The facility is clean and well kept. Bed was comfortable. Food was reasonably priced and pretty good. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay there again. They were winterizing the pool and I did not plan on swimming anyway.

Relatively clean, convenient location. Bad job on the remodel, old bed, small bathroom, flimsy doors. This is a decent hotel, which has recently won an award for most improved service. It also has recently been remodeled, although it appears that it has not been finished yet. There were a lot of wet paint signs around. The hotel is near several T stops. The room was a decent size, but with a very small bathroom. Although not spotless, everything was clean enough. The most disappointing thing about the hotel is the cheapness of the remodel. In the bathroom, new fixtures were added onto an old tub. A nonstick surface that had been cut crooked was stuck to the bottom as an afterthought. The caulk was all glopped on and there was some mildew in spots. The same with the doors. New locks on flimsy doors. Most worrisome was the door that connected our room to the next. It was a cheap, hollow core door with a small, old lock on it that did not look like it would hold much. The sheets on the bed were nice, but the bed was old. I could feel the springs. The pool is an outdoor pool. It was showing its age, but looked ok. I did not get a chance to use it. The hotel is near a night club, which worried me when I realized it, but we could not hear it at all from our room. In short, this is a decent budget hotel, but it is nothing special.

They provide a free shuttle anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel, which made it easy to shop, etc. The front desk staff was very helpful. The rooms were dark and dated and the common area bathrooms didn't smell sanitary.
