the kids were in the pool till 10pm what a pleasure the breakfast was a real deal the kids get to make their own belgium waffles too big to eat them all

The hot breakfast was great! The room was a bit stuffy. Loved that there was a fridge & microwave to use for snacks for the kids! My family enjoyed using the in-door pool too!

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. We requested a scent free room and our request was granted. The hotel was centrally located to the shopping areas we wanted to visit. Will definitely stay here again.

The Comfort Inn was very comfortable and convienient. I stayed one night with my husband and three boys, check in was quick and painless. The room was very clean and had just enough room for all of us. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful, I've raved about it to everyone..Thanks Comfort Inn.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Portsmouth for a 4 day weekend vacation that we planned at the last minute. The front desk was friendly and very helpful on check-in, check-out and whenever needed. They gave us great directions and recommendations for activities, restaurants and parking in the downtown area. Although the hotel is outside of the downtown area, it was only minutes to drive there and it was a very direct route. The room was very clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very roomy. The room even had a small refrigerator and microwave, as well as an iron, ironing board and blow dryer. We were very happy with our stay and would stay there again.

great hotel for a large family-super friendly staff, room was clean and loved the in room fridge and microwave-only drawback-free breakfast left much to be desired-make you own waffle-already prepared omelets-nowhere to sit-we went out for beakfast! would recommend for a family vacation.

It was a great experience. I was traveling with my grown daughters and the hotel helped make it a fabulous time. We had easy access to the places we wished to go and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

Rooms were comfortable, breakfast bar was great, it was quite easy to get to Water Country--only one mile, pool was relaxing. Only problem is that the staff could have responded better to the problem I addressed regarding slow internet connection. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. We liked the pool hours. They also had a lot of breakfast choices. Close to beaches and easy to find. Great place to stay!

Comfortable beds. Hot tub needs more attention. Pool too small. The hotel had an excellent continental breakfast. The beds were absolutely comfortable and we were conveniently located near many attractions. Good location for both families and adults.

For the price it was, this hotel was horrible. I have had better stays in suites for less. Ended up in a smoking room and it reeked so horribly with cigarrette smoke I couldn't breath all night and the windows were padlocked so there was no fresh air available. There is no sink in the bathroom and the pool facilities looked too dirty and underkept to swim in. My room also overlooked the parking lot so everyone could see into my room so I had to keep the curtains drawn the entire time. I was also told that the hotel was right in downtown and it was about 2 miles from anything I wanted to see in Portsmouth. The look of the hotel from the outside is shabby and underkept with a beat up parking lot it looks like a freestanding horrible building. Worst stay at a hotel in years.

This was the cleanest motel I have ever stayed in and I have been to many. The contental breakfest was outstanding.I will book there again when I visit the area, I will and have already told freinds about the motel.
