the room was overpriced for the location. The lounge was not open one of the tree nights we were there. There wasn't a refrigerator in the room as per previous visits.

Quite infested with ants, location in a difficult to find spot, VERY VERY dirty bathrooms -- looks like years of grime!

The room was of decent size and relatively clean. The corridors were outdated, dirty and hot.The pool is not heated thus was pretty cold. The lounge was uninviting; stuffy, warm and no employee. The continental breakfast was terrible. Breakfast ends at 9:30 am. I arrived at 9:10 am and nothing was left. Spoke to the front desk person who was also listed as the manager on duty and was informed someone would come back to attend. Waited and no one arrived. At 9:30 attendant arrived and informed me that breakfast ended at 9:30. I had a direct bill set up prior to arrival yet they billed my credit card anyway. They did rectify the mistake but alluded to the idea that it was because they allowed me to check in 2 hours prior to the established check in time. One has nothing to do wiith the other. All in all the hotel is OK but really not much more than a 1 star hotel. If you could book for under * per day it would work.

Front desk was very friendly and courteous,rooms were very clean and comfortable, lounge had wonderful food,would highly recommend this hotel to everyone
