Quiet, clean, comfortable rooms - great breakfast. Can't think of anything. Very quiet room in a great neighborhood with all the amenities I needed for my trip. It is close to shopping, restaurants and, in my case, the medical facility where I had an appointment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely will stay there again if I'm ever in Plano.

A clean comfortable place to spend a couple of nights away from home. Service was great and rooms and breakfast area were clean and welcoming. A great place to stay for the money!

We only stayed one night, and was there for a specific function(wedding), so did not go to any nearby attractions, but hotel location facilitates easy access to interstates,loops, and major streets. The thing we didn't like was the very small ice bucket, and cup at-a-time coffee maker. We are both coffee drinkers, and would have preferred that ability to make a small pot.

It was nice for the money. There was only 1 girl working at the front desk, so the line got a little long to ask a question.

This hotel was a nice place to stay! The rooms were clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The continental breakfast was a surprise, they actually allowed you to make belgian waffles. I would stay here again.

Our room was very comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. We had an adjoining room with our son's family which was great!! The breakfast was very good and something we always look for when staying in other places, that way we don't have to find a place to go to. The gal at the desk was very nice. It was close to our nephew's house which was the reason we were in the Dallas area.

The breakfast is a good feature. I have no complaints. The hotel was ok. Service prompt and relatively pleasant. Facilities clean. The free breakfast has a fairly balanced list of breakfast foods - although another option of fruit would probably be loved by many persons. Overall, the facilities were excellent.

Stayed there in August and was ripped off. Someone entered my room and stole my identity (social security number). They had to open my luggage and unzip a pocket to get at it. I have spent a lot of time setting up the various protection to protect the number, credit and so on. It has cost me money in some cases. A police report and a report to the FTC was made as well. Ihad to make trips and work on the Internet to get my cards replaced. I believe it was stolen by a man I saw loitering around the motel. The motel needs lighting (maybe existing lights burnt out?) ans security cameras. I contacred corporate and some one was supposed to call me...never heard from them.

The room was very confortable and clean. The shower actually had water pressure and the the sink area had plenty of room. Very close to the major highways and the HOT breakfast was very good. Would highly recommend

We were completely satisfied with Baymont Inn & Suites and would stay at any Baymont Inn again. Great service, great rooms..not a single propblem . Clean rooms and the continental breakfast was the best...above and beyond most Inns.
