They had changed to non-smoking, very great. Nothing. They had changed them to non-smoking, very greatful because we had a group of children with us. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

While visiting family we stayed at this hotel for two nights, and had a very enjoyable time. There are lots of resturants near the hotel, and a few within walking distance. We had a queen size bed with a pull out couch, that we were impressed how clean it was. They served a continental breakfast in a nice breakfast room that was included with the room. The staff were always freindly and would go out of their way to help us with extra pillows, and very knowledgable of the area. We will be coming back again in the Fall.

It was close to a major road. Barren, deserted, dated looked like converted prison rooms. It's clean, but this hotel is nothing but a place to sleep for people. It's a room and that's it. If they include an ironing board to jump their star level, it doesn't help.

We stayed at this hotel, after we attended a wedding just north of it. The rooms were clean, with a fridge and a microwave. They offered us a free continental breakfast which was a nice touch , so we didnt' have to rush out in the morning. The staff were friendly and noligable of the location. We will be coming back in the summer time , when we visit the zoo, which is just a 15 min. drive away.

Staff is nice. Location is bad. Bedis terrible. No swimming pool and so on. It is not the hotel that I will go again. Around the hotel, there hasn't any restaurant and interesting place. The bedfast is bad (only bread).

A few staffwas friendly and trustworthy. I got locked in the bathroom and they had to kick the door in. This hotel had no elevator. When I got locked in the bathroom and they had to kick the door in they asked if I wanted to stay in that room or move to another room.

Cleanliness. It’s a bit too far to downtown. It’s a bit too far to downtown. The hotel is clean friendly and meets my budget.

Convenient traffic, clean room, and quiet environment. Some facilities seemed old. It is a good hotel to stay with inexpensive price.

Located conveniently, clean and good amenities. NA. While this hotel did not have many luxury, it was family-friendly, fairly clean and a great location. There were laundry facilities and many great restaurants within walking distance. I will stay at this hotel again the next time.

All the staff was nice. The place is a little outdated. Overall, we had a good stay at the Comfort Inn Pickering. staff was extremely nice especially the night receptionists. The room was just ok, a bit outdated and the AC was loud. It was clean though and the breakfast was nice. We had most of the things we needed: hairdryer, iron board, etc. Good for the business traveler.

Price, providing free breakfast. Ice machines out of order, little far away from Metro Toronto.

It was extremely clean and the staff was friendly. The concierge told us that breakfast ended at 11am, but it actually ended at 10am, so we missed it the first morning. A decent, middle price hotel. Very clean. I might stay there again.

Location. No elevator, and public space is so small.

Good location. None. I like this hotel.

Close proximity to family. Easy to find. Comfortable bed. Good TV channel selection. Noisy AC, but tolerable. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The TV channel selection was good. The sliding door opens up to the parking lot, but that was useful for loading/unloading bags and can be useful for smokers. Did not try the free continental breakfast or the exercise room.
