I booked this hotel through the travel website and was assigned a "smoking" room and there were no standard non-smoking rooms available when I arrived. The desk clerk was very friendly and apologetic. She advised me to always specifically request non-smoking in the special requests section when booking at this hotel in the future. She found a king size bed room for me and my family to stay in with a roll-away bed. Although this room was designated as "non-smoking", it still smelled of smoke but not as badly as the smoking room did. There must be a lot of smokers frequenting this hotel.
