Shower hardware needs to be fixed...the hot is cold and the cold is hot. Plumber has the two temps backwards.

I stayed at this hotel by mistake several years ago because my original accomadation was over booked. To my suprise this hotel was only $25.00 more and I was rewarded with a higher quality stay not to mention off the highway I needed to travel for my monthly trip to Sedona. I will continue to stay at this location. The manager there was incredible simply because I had missed my flight which made me having to drive into Arizona. I arrived at the property sometime nearing 2am and without any issue she checked me in and gave me my key. GOOD JOB COMFORT INN.. I LOVE YA..

It had a pool. It was in a horrible neighbor hood and a long way from the airport.

My stay at Phoenix, AZ Comfort Inn was a very pleasant one. My Step-daughter and I went there for her to audition for American Idol. The Staff there was exceptional and very friendly and helpful. If ever in the area again, I would stay there again!

The Comfort Inn, Phoenix was comfortable and convenient to all the places we wanted to see. We had stayed here 4 years ago and decided to return. It's very nice to have a continental breakfast each day and it was a nice start to the day. I liked having the sink area separate from the bathroom. The sink, microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker were great. We'll probably return next year!

1st room: toilet overflowed, blow dryer didn't work 2nd room: tub bottom stained black, moths in room, drawers in chest unstable, less towels/wash cloths than usual both rooms had nice beds

The hotel is hard to get to initially, located on a one way street - going the opposite way. Kind of stuck next to an empty lot. I was bothered somewhat by the checkin clerk on the phone having a personal conversation while helping me. The room was OK - sufficient for the price. Missed the continental breakfast because it ended at 9 even on the weekends. Nice shower head!

Continental breakfast. The green pool, and generally poor upkeep of the hotel. This hotel was cheap, not only the price but the quality. The pool was a dingy color, the spa was a dark green, looked as if they pool had not been well kept at all. There was no fridge in the room, so our leftovers went bad. The bed was nice and big, and the room was a good size, but it took quite a while to cool off. General appearance of the hotel was not good, it is located in a somewhat shady looking part of town. I guess it'd be a good place to rest while on a road trip but not much else, especially not a romantic getaway.

Close to airport, good value for the price. Dirty pool, cold hot tub, poor computer, no office. Seems okay for the price. If they cleaned up the pool area the kids would have had a better experience.
