Room had a musty odor. Vending machine didn't have many choices. Guest laundry was very nasty and I didn't wash my clothes there. Breakfast okay. Small eating area however. I started to take my food to my room because there was no place to sit but the desk clerk gave me a glaring look as I left the lobby. I was to stay a couple of weeks but checked out earlier and found better accommodations. Not bad for one night if you are not expecting much.

Everything was great from the moment we walked in. The desk clerk was very friendly. The room was large, very comfy and had everything we needed already in it (coffee maker and ironing board). The tv was new and very large. The furniture looked brand new and the bed was very comfortable. The linens looked new and were not scratchy like extremely cheap linens are known to be. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was conveniently located to the major business district and restaurants. The accomondations at this hotel is great for business travel.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at the Comfort Inn in Anniston, AL. The location is very convenient albeit not the most quiet. Situated between a treatment plant and Wal-mart makes for a busy and sometimes unpleasant smelling environment. This of course is no fault of the Comfort Inn mangement/staff who were very friendly and eager to help. It is a small, but very well-kept facility and the rooms were so clean and nicely maintained it felt like we were their very first customers.

The reception staff was very friendly. The cleaning staff was horrible! There was fecal matter on the toilet! The rooms need to be cleaned thoroughly. The front desk receptionist was very friendly. Unfortunately, my good experience ended here. When I got to the room, it was very dusty, the carpet was dirty, there were cigarette burns in the blanket and there was fecal matter left on the toilet from a previous guest. On top of all of this, check out was at 11:00 at 11:02 someone from the cleaning staff was banging on the door. When I asked her to give me a few minutes to make sure I hadn't left anything she asked if we were leaving or staying. This is by far the worst experience that I've ever had with a hotel room. I will never stay and another Comfort Inn again.

The room was cold and had a smell similar to peacheswhen we checked in. The clerk said that the smell was probably air freshener that the maids used but didn't know why the room was cold. We went out to eat and on return the same condition existed. I decided to turn off the a/c but found it already off. I opened the drapes and turned on the exhaust fan in the bath and set the a/c to fan only. The room never warmed up was bearable with the fans on.

It was convenient off the interstate where I didn't have to drive looking for it. I can't say anything bad about it. Convenient, not expensive very cozy and I¿m coming back in October but I think yell are booked up.

Very clean, nice decor, easy access and close to restaurants. Air conditioner did not work well, hotel not willing to adjust bill. The hotel was very nice for the money. The only complaint was the air conditioner never cooled the sleeping area down and when brought up to the front desk we were met with little concern.
