Staff at check-in was friendly. It is ok, functional and good value. Easy to get to off of the highway. The continental breakfast is decent (cereals, bagels, coffee), but there is not a seating area, you need to bring the food back to your room and I assume eat it on your bed or at your desk. Handy for a family with lots of luggage as you park right outside your room (sliding glass doors).

I was impressed on how clean the room was and the convenience of eating breakfast in our room The open closest was right beside the bed I was pleased to walk in and the room had a nice odour and it was very clean. The beds were comfortable and having the couch was nice as well.

Location of my meeting and very friendly staff. Like the idea of a fridge and microwave, free internet connection. No restaurant in the hotel.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Accommodations. The first night we stayed, the power to the entire hotel went off. The power was off for about four hours in the evening. Staff made no announcements and there was no compensation for the inconvenience. The hotel is not wheelchair accessible. The hotel has no elevator (the rooms on the second floor are accessed by stairs only) and the bathroom doors are too narrow for a wheelchair.

Nothing. Stains on couch, bathroom didn't work, smells bad as it is smoking and they don't have any other rooms for replacement. This hotel is not a 2 star and doesn't even deserve to be 1 star. I would rather stay in a motel.

Some friendly front desk. Breakfast is limited and no space. At first the front desk is friendly, the room is sufficient, the Internet wireless have plenty of problems. This is not a hotel it is a motel.

Easy to get to. Breakfast included. Cheap and clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast supply area crowded. Food had to be taken to your room. Hotel is just off 417, and within a short walking distance to a major shopping center. It is clean and staff are friendly. TV remote control did not work and supplies ran out at breakfast, but both were corrected immediately by staff. Also a call to the front desk for extra room supplies was acted on very quickly.
