Good view, off the trail, walk through to restaurant and not very crowded. Sauna didn't work. Please don't tell anyone this is a great place to get away from, say the presures any worries of owning a small business. It quiet, no nextal service, and one can feel the difference in there stress after just a few short days. I have been returning now every six months for the past 5 years.

We own a Summer home in the vicinity and needed to visit at this time of year to check on some construction. So, although we have driven past this hotel daily for 10 years, we have never had an occassion to stay here. Our room had been recently renovated, was very clean, and the beds and pillow selections were fabulous. The fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the lobby with fresh coffee every evening made our stay during quite chilly weather very appreciated and a nice touch. Great ocean views from our balcony ---- we could see our house across the Bay! We'll be returning again this winter to check on the construction progress and will definitley stay here again.

The access to the beach and the outdoor dining as well as the continental breakfast. Dogs in the rooms around us. One was left all day unattended and barked a lot. The hotel is situated overlooking the Belfast Bay but is on a busy highway. This means walking into the heart of the town is not possible safely. The room was adequate and cleans although one of the chairs was quite tattered. We wondered if we were given a room that is often used by travelers with dogs as we were surrounded by dogs.

Hotel is very central to traveling the coast of Maine. A good value for the money. Staff always trying to be accomodating to any needs. Our room assignement had been changed for some unknown reason. They ended up giving us a suite at no further exoense. Deserts at cafe were excellent-other meals were fair to good. Great view of water and decks from almost every room. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel again. Maine is a great state to viist and this hotel made the experience a wonderful trip at a very economical rate.

The view was great. It doesn't have a fridge and outside pool. Nice amenities, good breakfast and the rooms were ok.

A great location to stay when traveling between destinations. Room was clean but not spotless as it was not brand new. A very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. The main door to our room opens from the inside of the hotel but there was a 2nd door for the outside patio that faces the ocean. Nonetheless, we felt safe. Imagine a hotel that advertises an ocean view that actually has one! Our patio also had chairs to sit on to enjoy morning coffee and the sunrise. We arrived late so we did not get to find a good restaurant. But the Dairy Queen in town served one of the best fast food burgers I have ever eaten. This place is a value!

Clean, comfortable and quiet room. Not very friendly and attentive at the front desk. A good value and a quality hotel with a very nice small restaurant with excellent food.

The room was dingy and old, not very clean. Staff was not friendly or helpful at all. There are several hotels adjacent, I would recommend trying one of them.

We stayed here to break up a long trip to PEI. What an outstanding place to stay. Every room has a view of the sea and a belcony. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The breakfast was great with very friendly staff. We stay in hotels very often and this one I truely recommend.

The view of the Maine coast is awesome. Clean and comfy. But you shouldn't have to ask for a fridge in this day and age.
