The Comfort Inn at Obetz was a good value. The front desk service was slow because of a printer problem. The room was clean and large.

It was a great value! Great quality, extremely clean and they offered free shuttle to the venue we were visiting. There were no chairs, sofas, etc in our room and it was a great facility.

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and had a wonderful experience. It was newly remodeled and VERY clean. The staff was friendly and competent. I would stay here any time.

The day manager was great. The person working in the evening was horrible. We arrived at this hotel at 11:30 at night after 5 hours on the road to find a completely incompetent person at the front desk. There were no key cards available for the patrons so he had to escort us to our room. He left us standing and waiting and waiting and waiting until he checked everyone else in. When he escorted us to our room, the key did not work. When he finally got us in our room, I asked him how we were going to be able to go to and from our room with no key. His response, I don't know! Also, our room was near the stairs where the door slammed loudly enough to wake me every time someone entered or exited. It was supposed to be a nonsmoking room but cigarette smoke was regularly filtering into the bathroom. The shower literally turned itself off 5 time while showering and would navigate from excruciatingly hot to near freezing temperatures. For Friday night, it was definitely one of the worst hotel stays that I have ever had. On Saturday, the day desk manager was much better. I didn't tell her the whole saga with the employee the night before. I did, however, ask to change rooms due to the smoke, shower, and door noise. The hotel is by no means a great hotel, but the suite was much better and did not have the issues of the original room.

Price. Truckers like it too. AC cut off at night. Hotel staff unconcerned, asked me to tough it out. Fortunately, the window opened but it had no screen to keep insects out.

It was convenient. Price was decent. Continental breakfast ran out of food an hour before it was supposed to close. Hotel was clean and decent looking. Staff was friendly enough, Check-in was easy. There were several dogs around though, and my kids were terrified. The complimentary breakfast ran out of food an hour before it was supposed to end. The girl working it did not replenish and played ethnic music very loudly. Remote in the room did not work.

We have stayed at many places and we can tell that the management and staff CARE about this place. We thought it looked brand new, so I asked and the staff person said it actually was due to be remodeled later this year. Everything was sparkling, everyone was friendly, and there were ""extra"" touches in the breakfast room and lobby. This hotel has been THE BEST value for our money EVER.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The TV remote didn't work right. We received assurances that even tho the weather was closing in our room were still there. Subsequently we got stuck there an additional day due to a snow emergency. The staff (what there was of it) went out of their way to make sure the additional stay was as pleasant as possible. Rooms we stayed in were clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall cleanliness of the facility was excellent.

Beautiful. No A/V hookups on the TV for DVD players, etc. I was pleased with my stay in this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here to everybody I know.

Excellent staff. Smoking rooms smelled really bad. Nice and out of the way on weekends. Do not book a smoking room. Excellent front desk staff.

Clean rooms, nice pool, convenient to relatives. Took 20 minutes to check out. The price I got gave me a king bed, and I needed two queens. Traci was fantastic when she checked us in and somehow managed to get us two adjoining rooms both with queen beds. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Took us 20 minutes to check out.

The foyer was open and nice and breakfast area was pleasant. The floor was dirty in the back behind the small refrigerator/microwave. The biscuits were terrible, and there rest of the meal was fine.
