I arrived very late...the staff was very helpful in getting the paperwork done efficiently. The room was very nice. I especially appreciated the coffee and refrigerator in the room. Breakfast the next morning meant even less time spent on the road getting to my meeting on time.

Continental breakfast was good and make your own waffles. We will stay there again. Handicapped room had a threshold that was hard to get the wheelchair over and doors were also a problem to open and get through in a wheelchair. But was clean and quiet and close to the freeway.

This is the BEST hotel I have stayed in for the price in the last three years!!! While I paid about * more than I would have liked to, after so many awful and mediocre stays while traveling around the US for business and while caring for my elderly father who travels with me at times, the Comfort Inn North in Tucson was a welcome relief! This is a wonderful hotel for the weary road traveler, business person, or the family. Clean and modern, nice rooms with comfortable beds, great staff! Great location too if you are traveling West...gets you to the North side of Tucson so you don't get stuck in traffic or construction on the Interstate when leaving in the morning!!!

This chain seems a tad pricey for what is offered, but the front desk staff is friendly, the common areas are well maintained and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Staff very friendly and courteous. Room very presentable and clean. Enjoyed the amenities of having a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, iron board and free internet service.

TVreception wasn't great and the remote didn't work very well.

I liked the hotel for the most part. The room, fitness center, and breakfast were good. The only downfall was they had listed their pool as being heated and it was not."

It was clean. The window was left unlocked and we didn't notice it until later that night. Overall, it was a nice room and we intend to stay there again on the next game day.

None. Expected larger rooms. Shower curtain had musty odor. Swimming pool should be cleaned more frequently. Overall experience was satisfactory. Good complimentary breakfast layout.

Clean, friendly staff, and easy access to get around Tucson. We were in a non-smoking room, but could smell smoke smell come into our room from the hall. The hall had a strong smell of smoke. The pool is very small and cold temp for this time of year. The hotel was clean and friendly staff. The morning breakfast was well maintained and stocked. Our major complaint was the smell of smoke in the hallway that would come into our room. It would be nice to not have smokers on the same floor with non-smokers. Also, I think staff may be smoking to add to this.

Fresh waffles you make yourself for breakfast, the refrigerator and microwave in the room, free internet access. Can't think of anything. Besides all the things I liked, it was clean, friendly, and reasonable.
