The beds were extremely comfortable, the room and bathroom spotless & spacious.

Breakfast area was the freshest and cleanest room in the facility. Staff was courteous. Room and furnishings were tired. Okay, but would not recommend to a friend.

Nothing! Hotel needs to be refurbished and stinks of cigarette. Hotel clerk was fine, however this is a smoking hotel and it shows and smells terrible. The rooms and furnishings have to be renovated. Cigarette burns on furnitures very old furnishings looks like a room from the 70's.

The price. Cleanliness, old facilities & furnishings. From the first impression driving into the parking lot with orange safety cones covering the holes, I should have known what to expect. I waited at the counter while the two clerks served two men traveling together. They saw me but chose to ignore the fact I was waiting. The lobby was small, dingy and very crowded. My room was on the second floor at the very end of a dimly lit, smoky smelling hall way. The room was smelled like years of smoke. The bathroom appeared clean until you closed the bathroom door and then the clumps of hair were exposed in the corner.

Location & ease of access to room. Bathroom needed an upgrade.

The location and safety. I would never stay at this motel or recommend it. First the room smelled like stall smoke. No elevator so we had to carry the entire luggage up the stairs with children was difficult. There was no remote and when I called down to the front desk they said they had no more left. Then when I was about to make a complaint they suddenly found one. It basically was just a bed for the night. I was happy to leave!

People. Two days after checking out I am covered with itchy red welts. I can’t say for sure but suspect I got them at the hotel.

I asked for a non-smoker room and I had a smoker room The room smelt very hardly the cigarette.

Comfortable bed! Very simple. The hotel is VERY simple in every way, but for our use for 2 days, heading to Canada's Wonderland and then up north to Cottage country, the access point was perfect, right off Hwy 400. The breakfast finished a little early at 930am everyday so we never made it however, from the outside it didn't look that inviting anyway. The best thing was the bed which was very comfortable and let’s faces it; that is what we wanted: an inexpensive bed in a place close the 400 highway so we got exactly what we paid for.

Very snug and out of the way. Hide, but get out quickly to nearby malls and entertainment centers. Very clean and the staff go all out to serve you and answer your questions.

It was very close to the Theme park we went to and was next to a police station. Very safe. Needed some renovations. Strong smell of perfume/scents in all hallways.

Morning breakfast. Will not go back. This hotel at one time was in a good location and probably a lot quieter, but times have changed in this area of Toronto, and I won't stay there again. I was born and raised in East end Toronto, lived there for almost 40 yrs, then moved east to the Belleville area, and this part of Toronto isn't a real popular or friendly place now. Im ashamed to see the city turning into a junkie crime ridden, no respect city. Mayor Miller should wake up and look past his Queen St W office window.

The bedspreads were beautiful. It says no smoking on signs, but could smell smoking in room. No elevators to 2nd floor. The parking area needs brighter lighting. Good refurbishing and decor in hallway. Cigarette smoke smell in hallways. Signs said No Smoking, but my room became strongly permeated with someone else's smoke morning of first day. Had to leave window open all night. The TV wall plate had been pulled from the wall and that was the opening between rooms, I suppose, by which the smoke entered. I called the desk about the smoke, and a maintenance man came to the door and really didn't resolve the situation. The walls are very thick wall board. (I noticed that by viewing the wall where the TV plate had been pulled from the wall.) The room was quiet. Good temperature control, even with the window open. The tub floor had some dark pattern (looked like from glue that turned gray) left from the removal of non-skid surfacing. The room was very clean. One bed sagged quite a bit. Large bottle of pure water for drinking! Generous. Bedding smelled clean. Luxurious bedspreads, (lovely golden color) but the room needs a more tailored spread to pull the room together - Forgivable, but looked a little sloppy at first glance. I took a drive around the building at night. I guess that's part of hotel population everywhere, but it rattled me when I came in late at night. I had the creeps the first night. Took me a while to get over the jitters.

Comfortable room for family traveler. Required to walk across the parking lot in order to use the shared swimming pool at the adjacent hotel.

This hotel was fantastic! The staff was amazing! The location left something to be desired. I do not find a better hotel! I must say again that the staff was top notch! I really did enjoy myself the two days that I was there! I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent breakfast. No pool and no workout facility. If you're looking for nothing more than a place to sleep; this hotel is perfect.

The staff were friendly and the free continental breakfast was adequate and well supplied with an attendant on duty. On a scale of 1-10, the bathroom was only about a 7 clean. The room had a comfortable queen sized bed and love seat that was comfortable and also was a sofa bed. We enjoyed the free hi speed wireless internet. The air conditioner was a little noisy but with hot humid weather, we sure appreciated its effectiveness. The free continental breakfast has a good variety with plentiful hot coffee, served in a room with plentiful seating and an attendant on duty. Although there was no pool at the comfort in, we were allowed to use the one next door at the Travelodge Inn. We would definitley stay there again if we were just looking for a place to crash.

Very good service, the cleaners maintained the room very well. The room was clean and very cozy. Cozy rooms, great A/C, clean sheets, clean washrooms. Plus the staff was incredibly friendly! I would recommend it even though it's situated near the Jane and Finch area!
