The room did not keep outside noise. Every morning about 4:30 a.m. the newspaper boy had his car radio turn up so loud I bounced out of bed. The morning eating area was very small. I felt like I was eating in a school cafe.

Convenient to freeway. On real busy road. Was real close to freeway and the staff was really helpful. They let us check in early and gave us a ground floor room. The breakfast was really good and a nice variety.

this hotel charged my card for an additional 237.00 dollars for no reason and then blamed it on the bank!! it wasnt the banks fault at all! they are the one's that authorized it to go thru!

I was there for 1 night during Super Bowl weekend, it was a good value for that time, the hotel was about what I expected.

Landscaping made the hotel seem like a cool oasis in the desert. Elevator to second floor was inconvenient, made for long haul to our room. Very pleasant landscaping and secluded pool made this economical hotel seem like a cool oasis in the desert. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the free breakfast was just as expected.

so i stayed at this hotel and it was the worst time ive ever had at a hotel. i had to change rooms five times one because we asked for a smoking room and it wasnt one then the tv didnt work then there work ants all over the floor in two of the rooms and then the power didnt work in one of them.

This is a great place to stay in North Phx. My Family was very happy with the arrangements.

The staff was very friendly. This hotel was just like a Motel 6-basic. I would never recommend this hotel. It seemed dirty and basic.

Motel was fine but location was further north than we would have liked.

They have very friendly staff at this hotel. They know how to make you feel welcome.

This hotel was beyond what the reviews said. Our room was very clean and fresh. The employees were great and very helpful. The breakfast the next morning was very good and the dining area was clean and the food was constantly being replenished. The location was great. I would recommend this hotel.

We don't plan on returning to this hotel. Looks OK on outside, but room was dirty, supplies were out of stock, & water didn't work correctly. There were many loud, rowdy guests who partied into the night without intervention from management. Poor experience. "

A very family friendly place to stay. Were made to feel welcome

Nice, clean, convenient - great for the money. It was fairly new with nice clean rooms - a pool & hot tub - pretty decent hot breakfast buffet. There was a great mini-mart in walking distance which was convenient. The horse race track was right there (for those who are looking for that). It's nothing fancy and the beds are a bit hard, but well worth the money.

The motel is absolutely the worst Comfort Inn I have ever stayed in. The room reeked of a sewer gas smell so bad that it was hard to sleep until I closed the bathroom door. Even the windows are sealed to keep the aroma inside. Hardly any channels on the cable TV except local stations and CSpan. No one must eat the complimentary breakfast as the items looked and tasted like they have been laying around for at least a week. The building is old and poorly maintained. FEMA wouldn't even think of providing such accomodations to disaster victims.

It was beautiful, comfy and free breakfast. Beautiful, comfy, close to everything, safe, friendly and in a good area.

I have stayed at many Comfort Inns and this was the worst experience ever. I had the handicap room and was trapped by inoperable door handles. Had to have someone rescue me. Wall outlets with no covers. Had to unplug microwave to run fridge. I could go on and on. Yuk!

This hotel was really convenient for the area we were visiting. You can hear people coming and going outside your door pretty loudly at night--especially since it was New Year's. This hotel was okay--not really fantastic, but it got the job done. We were with our four little kids and we did enjoy the outdoor heated pool. Breakfast was okay. Not really anything excellent or horrible to point out.

We had a handicapped room that would not allow you to exit the bathroom. The handles inside would not work! No covers on elect. outlets and had to plug and unplug items as needed as their was not euough outles either. Worst hotel ever for us.

We took a Jacuzzi suite and it was great. Decor couldbe better. Loved it.
