The room was just a place to sleep since I was busy with a wedding that weekend. My eldest child got married on Saturday and I performed the wedding ceremony. That meant it was a weekend of great activity and not at the hotel. I got what I paid for - a comfortable place to sleep.

Nothing. Everythingfilthy no snow removal not even the walkway.

The staff was kind, helpful, and courtoeus but the hotel had a musty smell when we checked in and our room had the same smell. We asked for air freshner but never got it. Later, as you came into the hotel, it smelled . We had to ask for towels on a daily basis and our linen was changed when we pulled it off the bed. THe computer in the business center would not stay on-line and it was very slow. However, breakfast was really good. The price we paid, over * a day for the room, was much too much for this hotel.

Clean and convenient. Pool was out of order. It's what it is a cheap clean safe room. No complaints. Near the mall and restaurants. Had a good stay.

The hallway smelled like an ashtray. The location is very convenient. For the most part the rooms were clean, but the plumbing did not work well in my in laws bathroom. The water went down too slow. Also the hotel hall smelled as though every room is a "smoking room."

Free wireless internet, friendly helpful staff. Poor signage. This is a typical moderate priced hotel. Nothing fancy but if you are looking for a reasonable cost place to lay your head at night and aren't looking for a lot of amenities it will serve you well. Free wireless internet and continental breakfast are nice added bonuses.

Very good complimentary breakfast. Can hear guests coming and going. Better than expected, very comfortable room with extra pillows, close to shopping and beach, restaurants nearby. The only drawback is that we could hears doors banging and activity of other guests as they came and went throughout the night.

Microwave and fridge in some rooms. Continental breakfast was pretty low level. This hotel is fine for the price and its location is great. The rooms were a little worse for wear, but they were large and the beds comfortable. TV was really screwy, with lots of snow and poor sound quality.

Location and price. Room needed wallpaper repair (stained) and heat was too temperamental. Overall, ok. I'll probably lean to a higher rating next time.

location. Needs upgrading. HBO was out of order. The bathroom was dirty, tiles were missing from the floor. When I complained the staff just gave me a blank stare. I should be re-reimbursed.

I like that this hotel was located in an area near several restaurants, coffee shops and stores. I did not like that I was unable to stay in a non-smoking room, which was unpleasant for me a non-smoker. This hotel is centrally located in the North Dartmouth area. This hotel provided a daily continental breakfast, which was convenient on days when I did not want to leave the hotel for breakfast. This hotel also provided wireless Internet access, which allowed me to bring my laptop and surf the Internet during down times. I would recommend this hotel to others, however, I would remind others of the importance of requesting a non-smoking room in advance (if that is your preference).

The custodian was able to multi-task and help prepare breakfast in cook's absence. Arrived to an open room which had not been made up from the previous quests. No help to take care of guests in the evening. Poor customer service. The hotel had only one person on in the evening when we checked in to our room which had not been cleaned from the previous guests. The ultimate team that had been staying on our floor was using room #225 for a party room away from their Chaperones. The evening help apologized for the inconvenience and helped by providing sheets for me to make the beds with and wet blankets for our comfort. I cleaned the very dirty over used bathroom and returned to ask for towels, pillows, and pillowcases and to return the wet blankets. I was escorted to the laundry to pick out the things that I might need, since that was considered woman's work. "I would know better!" The night's sleep was interrupted with loud noises from the teams that were housed for a local tournament. Morning arrived and our daughter's graduation. No soap or shampoo or toilet paper! Brunch was a further surprise with no coffee made and to my shock, a friendly smile beaming out from the kitchen from the custodian and self-dedicated PR man. He seemed to have heard of our disastrous night and was proclaiming that he would have waffles ready in just a minute along with the coffee. He indicated that the cook had called in sick and that he was just filling in if things seemed a little out of control. We inquired about the hot tub and pool and they really are not available here. The hotel next door has them. Maybe they could get us in! At 7am we left with our bags even though we were booked for another night at the Discomfort Inn in North Dartmouth. It was actually easier to drive 3 hours home than to go back to such a poorly run business. I waited a week to hear from someone in management at this location, but no news and no interest. I called the following week and talked to Sandra, assis

The complimentary breakfast was excellent The room interior smelled as if it used to be a smoking room. Knobs did not work on A/C unit. Luckily it was not hot. A nice hotel for a short stay. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, highways, etc.

The breakfast was very good and the staff was on top of supplies. Some noisiness from other guests. We were very happy with the staff and the motel in general. The overnight stay was plagued with some unfortunate events people coming in late and noisy, a presumed prostitute banging on our window at 3 a.m., and our infant having trouble sleeping in the atmosphere, but the clerk was right on top of problem solving. The breakfast was very good for continental, and the woman in charge of it was very efficient. All in all, we liked the place, but had a rough night.

Free internet in the lobby and in the room with wireless card. Everything acceptable. Great breakfast; and free coffee all daylong.

Great location. Needs updates, not very accommodating. upon arrival we realized we had a smoking room and being a severe asthmatic I was very unhappy that we were not able to switch room the woman said that you cannot change. The fan in the bathroom was loud and the heat lamp did not work, the heat was difficult to regulate buttons messed up. And we were also located next to a entrance door and Ice machine which we heard all night long. As people came in and out, the door would slam. Also the fact that housekeeping came at 8 am and asked if we would be checking out, when check out was not until 12 noon. Was not very happy with the stay and it was our 9th year anniversary so I expected everything to be perfect.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Parking lot noise sounded like it could be someone trying to get in my window. The room was very comfortable, check in and out was quick, and the staff sincerely wanted to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. I overheard that they do not have an elevator, so I don't know that I would have been as happy if I had been lugging suitcases up stairs.

No elevator forced us to take a lesser room on the ground floor. It was a very good hotel. This Hotel is a very good value. The only draw back is they have no elevator. The breakfast was very nice and the hours of service for the breakfast was longer than most hotels. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

clean, location, front desk at night. Housekeeping, they would miss something everyday. Hotel area was clean and professional, guest noise was non existing, night staff friendly and helpful.
