Nothing at all. Everything. This hotel was not a good hotel at all. It was dirty and the workers were very rude, and it took 20 minutes to even get checked in because none was at the front desk.

Looks like there is a new management and they are upgrading this property, i was here 6 month back and i just cant believe the change they made to this proprety.. great lobby, good breakfast and high speed internet..

the bathroom lock didnt work the socetes could be pulled out of the wall and our wakeup call was 20+ mins late finaly we asked 4 a rolly bed and they looked 4 the key to the room 4 sometime then said that they where out and becusethey go on a first come first sirve baises.I HATE THIS PLACE!!!!

Hotel and room was very clean. Had easy access on and off of interstate. I have nothing negative to say about the establishment. The hotel was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends. It was a nice place to stay.

We choose Comfort because we belong to the rewards plan. I should have known we were in trouble when we were not allowed in the lobby and the lobby had an armed security guard. We could only reach our room through the outside entrance that was held open by a rather large, burly man. Once inside, we made our way to the second floor. The landing smelled terrible and low and behold, it appeared someone had urinated in the hall. The man downstairs was letting more men in, so we hurried to our room. The room appeared to have been used. We tried calling the desk repeatedly with no answer. The towels had been used as well as one bed. We waited until 12:30AM and still got no one...we went to bed and slept with our clothes on. The next morning, we tried to shower and had no water pressure and at best warm water. We quickly changed and thought we would grab coffee and there was none available at breakfast. We left the hotel and will not stop there ever again. I thoroughly disappointed and we paid more for that hotel room than any other on the trip! Columbus is a great place with generally wonderful places to stay...just not the Comfort Inn.

My room was very clean, even though the hotel itself was dated. I was by myself and had enough room for me, but if I was with anyone else, we probably would be bumping into each other. It was be nice to have more comfy chairs. The breakfast was nice with plenty of room to sit and eat. The staff kept the eating areas very clean. The only negative thing I can say is the Ice machine was pretty far from my room. When I was leaving, I fell down the stairs and broke a bone in my foot. All in all, it was a clean room.

The room was clean and nice and check out is at noon. The pool was really cold. Although the stay at the hotel was very nice,I will have to say thatI did not like the housekeeping coming into our room. They came in not only once but twice. Check out is at noon and unlessI have already giving my keys to the front desk they should have not even come in at all.I was trying to nap and they kept waking me up which did not make me to happy.

the halls were dirty , the halls stink. none of the vending machines work ... no elavators.... the room was decent enough but not for * for 1 night i will never go back the only reason i stay was it was * at night i went to motel 6 and hotel across the street looks worse. it was my first time getting a room on my own

The room was very nice.. The pool was very dirty almost green, none of the finess equipment worked. The staff was Very friendly. Would recommend this hotel.

Staff was extremely friendly, and helpful in every way. Water in the pool was a little cool. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. We enjoyed the room, and the facilities very much. The staff were all extremely friendly, and helpful in every way possible.

What you see online when you book a Hotel and what you get can be shockingly different. Problems: 1. Very dirty...dirty socks as soon as you take shoes off. 2. Hotel allows illegal smoking. 3. Noisy... 4. Fitness room (nothing works 5. Pool GREEN Booked 2 rooms for two nights with my choice rewards points. Stayed about 30 minutes, then left.

The room itself was comfortable, but the staff was a bit rude. At check in, the clerk talked about rather inappropriate topics. The first night, the fire alrams went off at 6 am. When neighboring noise woke me up the 3rd time the second night, staff told me to take care of it myself.

The staff was friendly. Poor housekeeping. We had to switch rooms because our first room smelled and nothing worked, (clock, lamp, hair dryer, etc). The staff quickly switched our room but it was so small we felt like we couldn't move around. We will not be staying at this hotel again. I love priceline prices though.

Friendly employees. Noise from other rooms. It was clean but obviously older. Bathroom was small, bed was huge, everything clean a big plus. Atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Could not find any white page telephone directory.
