The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was always kept clean. The bed was very hard. The location was great. Close to the airport and family. Will stay again when in the area again. Hope to get a more comfortable bed next time though. The ac worked well but was extra noisy when the compressor kicked on and off.

One day our room was not made up. We had to ask twice for clean towels that day. Air conditioner not efficient. The whole place was seedy.

Each hotel room has a sliding glass door that allows to access to your car. Hotel was very nice. Each day our beds were made and new towels etc. The breakfast each day was very good. The area was a little crowded, however the lady in charge of the area was great at making sure everything was filled.

Location and breakfast was excellent. Room was not that tidy, no fridge and microwave, old washroom fittings. Free breakfast is generous and excellent except smell in eggs.

Convenient location. Price. It was hard to find the place. The staff on duty could not give a good direction. May be language was a problem. I will recommend it for the price. Good for a place to sleep at night.

Hotel desk staffwas very helpful and knowledgeable. We liked everything. Great value for Montreal where hotels tend to be high in price. Close to public transport into the central city (3 blocks from transit station). Make sure to talk to desk staff for any information - they gave tips as to how to use the bus/metro (exact change only on bus) and where to find a reasonably priced restaurant.

The place is clean and people are very nice. The breakfast people are sometimes very cranky. Ohanes has always been fabulous to us. We stay there regularly. Breakfast place needs to have more room but a great place to stay. Convenient, clean and good! Thanks.
