We have stayed down the street at another, and it smelled really bad (smokers)this stay was great and with Bennigans next door for meals, it turned out great.

The hotel was clean and the pillows on the bed were actually comfortable. The refrigerator did not work.

We were in town for a friend's wedding, and confirmed a rate over the telephone weeks in a advance, then upon check-in at 2am, were told that we would be paying an additional 15 a night. I began to explain that we had confrimed a different rate, but the man at the counter told us that 'the room has a jacuzzi', so its a higher rate, and we'd have to take it up with the manager, who would be back on Monday. (we were checking out Sunday.) When the final bill was stuffed under our door on Sunday at 3am, i was suprised to find myself charged an additional 8 a night for 'safe warranty fee', plus taxes and other fees on top of the increased rate for the room. The two night stay cost 80 more than the one agreed to weeks before. The attendant at check out admitted that she may have made a mistake on the phone when confirming our reservation and rate, but the manager would have to correct it, on Monday. She wrote down my phone number, then after saying something in spanish to her fellow attendant, told me that the manager might call, then bid me farewell. Its tuesday, and the manager has not called, and i do not expect he will ever do so. I've stayed in hundred of hotels, but this is the first time i've ever felt compelled to write a negative review. The front desk staff, or at least the four I met, were as unsympathetic/unhelpful as I've ever experienced.

Nice rooms Jacuzzi tub. Smoke alarm went off repeatedly. this hotel had very nice rooms and complimentary continental breakfast, our room floor was damp and we had a faulty smoke alarm which went off three times throughout the night before some one was sent to knock it off the wall, this doesn't make for the most pleasant experience.

Nothing. Old and dirty. We checked in late, midnight. When we got off the elevator we thought that we had missed the party. There were trash bags full of garbage and bottles outside room doors, lining the hallway. If it hadn't been so late, we wouldn't have stayed at that point, we would have looked for something else. Our room had been newly refurbished, parts of the room. The carpet was very old. I told my daughter not to let her feet hit the floor, to keep her shoes on until she got into bed.
