Staff friendly and helpful. The pool was covered in bugs and trash.

Close to highways. Aesthetics and odors. The hotel was right off of 85. There were some smells an odors that were not pleasing in and out of the room.

Even with a convention was very quiet. Wireless internet access was not stable.

It was just so very adequate for our needs. The entrance is hard to find. The beds were extremely comfortable, & the hotel was quiet the 4 nights that we stayed there. I slept well, which is unusual for me. The staff was super friendly & efficient, the continental breakfast adequate, the building refurbished adequately. The plumbing was a little sluggish at times but really presented no problem.

Clean rooms, helpful, polite, considerate staff. Guest with yappy dog. Hotel was clean, quiet (except for dog), and the staff was very helpful. Easy access to shopping and freeways.

I liked the price you accepted that is about it. Location, wasn't clean, and small! This was an OK hotel. I only paid 27 a night but the rooms were dirty andvery small.

Location. Overall everything was good. The hotel could use some improvements but what hotel couldn't use a few of those.

The hotel room was very spacious and clean. There was not an indoor pool.

The beds were set higher up than others with very nice coverings. Some trouble with wifi where the desk sat, staff was eager to get it fixed though. I was very pleased with the room and motel in general. It was spacious enough and fitted with new furniture and appliances. Everything was clean and well lit. We had a great time!

New hotel, easy access, and comfy room. Finding the driveway! You have to drive thru a car dealership! Nice, new comfortable hotel. Bed was great. Had all the amenities you'd expect. Free internet is nice. All in all a great stay!

They get the SciFi channel! Donuts for breakfast! No place to park; no place to sit for breakfast andkept running out of things at breakfast. This place is very hardto get to and there is no place to park when the hotel is anywhere near full, as it apparently was this weekend! Very disappointing.

The rooms were quite, large, clean and very business friendly. Wireless access refrigerator, microwave very nice. The hotel was very clean and neat. Extremely friendly staff and very accommodating, I needed to move rooms to get a better signal for my laptop and they took care of that right away and put me across the hall from the router. Very helpful with directions and local knowledge. I would recommend them to anyone whether business or pleasure it's a great place to stay!

The only thing I liked was the location. Entrance, customer service, noise level. I would not recommend staying here. We were in a room next to the elevator. During the day, approximately every 60-90 seconds, all you could hear was the loud sound of the elevator through the walls. It sounded like an 18 wheeler was literally driving straight through the room. It was approx every 5 minutes through the night, and made it absolutely impossible to sleep. It was ridiculous. When I told the person how horrible it was when I was checking out, she didn't even look me in the face and merely said, I am real sorry, and that was it. There was nothing genuine about it. Stay away from this hotel.

Very comfortable, and staff friendly. Remote sleep button did not work. Very good for business travel. I enjoy staying at this hotel when I am in town.

Bed was very comfortable, had microwave and frig. The remote for sleep did not work. The stay was very good for my purpose in town. I know you can't do anything about the noise level, but the people in the next room just had the radio up loud all night and it seemed as if they were just partying. I would have changed my room, but I was too tired to do so. It made for a very exhausting business trip. I have to say though that I have stayed at this hotel many times and it has just been great.
