Staff was very friendly. Their is nothing about this facility that I was not happy with. This hotel was very customer friendly. I needed a late check in which was accommodated and due to traveling via business the payment was able to be processed prior to my arrival. Due to no wireless internet service the hotel provided me with a free Ethernet cord to use in my room. The continental breakfast was above and beyond any other continental breakfast I've had recently at other hotels. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here during future business trips.

I found that there were no provisions for the handicapped or disabled. My husband has a leg injury and walks around with crutches. There were no other rooms available and so we had to get one on the 2nd floor. He had to walk up a flight of stairs very painfully. We also had to open and hold the doors for him. It would have been harder for him if nobody was around to help him move around. Bathroom was a little cramped.

The swimming pool area was even better than expected. Nothing. We enjoyed the hotel. The staff was helpful and courteous and our room was great. Our puppy also enjoyed the hotel and the spacious areas outside to run around. We were very happy with the deluxe continental breakfast and both of us commented on how even though the hotel was close to the highway you really couldn't hear it.

Not anything. The room was musty and smelled of mold. The bath tub I would not have used. It was rusted and dirty.

The Comfort Inn in Mercer, Pa. was a pleasant surprise. Plenty of room with a very nice sized bathroom. If I were to complain about one thing that would be how the parking lot below our room was a gathering spot for the smokers that were staying there. Their smoke filtered up to our room on the second floor. As far as the location we were just 10 minutes down the highway from the Prime Outlets which easily accessed to the highway from the lodge. Also, we were totally thrilled with the 3 restaurants we could choose from that the desk personnel recommended. The free continental breakfast that was offered in the morning was more than generous and just wonderful. Would I stay again? ABSOLUTELY!!!!

The bed and pillows were amazing. The smell of cigarette smoke seeps into your clothes and luggage. My experience at this hotel was poor. There are non-smoking signs throughout the premises but the smoke stench was inevitable. The smoke smell stays on your clothes and it is hard to sleep at night. The only great part of the hotel, were the channels provided on cable and the comfort of the bed and pillow.

It is in the good location. Even the hotel is beside the high way, the room is very quiet. It does not have wireless network. The hotel is in the good location and the room is clear. Even it is beside the high way, the room is quiet. The room size is good for our family with two teens. We enjoyed the continental breakfast before we head out for shopping in Grove City.

The rooms were all recently remodeled. Unsupervised new staff working the front desk. We had a nice stay at this hotel, however they had a lot of new staff members working the front desk who didn't really know what they were doing, and were unable to contact anyone to help them.

The hotel was very clean and right off the highway. Everything was new and very well cared for. When we were there, they were doing renovations and so some areas were under construction. The inn at mercer was a nice surprise; it was right off the highway and easy to find. Although when I was there it was adding on/under construction, the room that I stayed in was very nice with cathedral ceilings. It was very clean and well maintained, and the people/staff were very nice. I highly recommend staying here if you are on your way somewhere; its proximity to the highway makes it not a great 'resort' location, but a perfect place to stay as a stopping point along the way.

Nothing. Dirty, musty, no breakfast, the hotel was run down and worst than a bad motel 6. I would only pay $20.00 to stay there. unfortunately I got stuck paying $75.00 for a ugly smelly old room. I would not have stayed there, except it was already paid for. There needs to be a way for a credit back to your card, if you find the place unacceptable.

The hotel was clean, even though they were under renovations. The decor was very dated. The outside of the hotel was not very inviting. I would consider staying here again, perhaps when the renovations are completed. The staff was courteous and efficient.
