Visited a friend. After the long drive from Houston, it was helpful to have a quick and efficient check-in service. The hotel is also located for easy access. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very nice people, pleasant atmosphere. The first of two nights, my room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Don't stay at this Comfort Inn!! First of all they over charged me for my room-the girl at the front desk didn't know why. No manager on site! The toilet and bathroom fan didn't work- horrible smoke smell on all of 3rd floor. Burn marks on bedspread, full iron burn on carpet. Outside flood light shines directly into room at night! Really a horrible place. Stay away!!!

We stayed at this facility because it was close in proximity to our family. It was very convenient for family activities.

Located right off 287, few miles from 360 and 20, perfect location, not a lot of traffic, very nice, very quiet! My stay(s) there have been amazing! The rooms are always clean, very tidy, VERY COMFY BEDS!! I feel very safe during my stays there, and feel comfortable leaving my car in the parking lot. Now days, that's very important! All employees are amazing! The Front desk employess are always smiling and friendly and always a phone call away, ready to go the extra mile for you! You couldn't ask for better in the hotel industry! Total 5 Stars in Excellence!

I stayed at the Comfort Inn Mansfield, Mansfield, Texas during the first week of the recovery of Ike. The room was very large however, the room did not have much on the selection of TV channels. The location made it a great stop on my travel from El Paso to Houston.

Large room. Extremely hot hallways and room when I checked in. Decent place that was not very well maintained. Hallway AC's weren't being used, room AC was off when I checked in so it wasextremely hot in my room.

There was great access to highway and shopping was fairly close by. It was quiet and comfortable, although the elevator was problematic and there was never enough towels in the room. Could have used more pillows as well. It was a good place to kick your feet up and had every amenity that you would really need for a quick trip

Convenient location. Elevator was broken and my room had a funky smell to it. Elevator was broken and my room had a funky smell to it. Other than those two issue, the hotel was adequate.

Quiet, easy to get to. Check in slow due to new trainee. I choose this hotel out of 4 that were recommended due to the price and it was the only one that still had smoking rooms. It was clean, the room was nice, however I didn't like the automatic close on the bathroom door. My only dislike was that I arrived after 10 p.m. and the manager was helping a trainee check me in, and another customer arrived and she went to help them. The trainee not knowing how to proceed with my check in just stood there, until the manager came back to finish the process. I confess I was exhausted, and probably had less patience than I would normally.

Noisy, unclean room, limited staff and priced too high for the environment. This is a nice hotel that isn't being well managed. We were warned upon check in that the staff may have difficulty responding to our requests because of being short staffed. When we got ready to shower we found a tub that wasn't clean - hairs and stains. There was very loud music from down the hall and we were right across from the ice machine. I was not happy.

Our room was right next to the laundry room and business center, doors were opening and closing at early AM.

The rooms were big. The Iron didn't work. Good value for the money.

Complimentary breakfast. They increased the pet fee while we were there. The carpets were worn, and it looked like there was gum stuck in it. We reserved a non-smoking room, but it was, apparently, located in the midst of several smoking rooms. Every time the door was opened our room was permeated with the smell of cigarettes. We arrived home and were forced to wash even our clean clothes to get rid of the smell.
