Very comfortable bed. Great night's sleep. Orange juice tasted like orangeade. Very comfortable and easy access to highway and the Currier Museum. Tourist magazine in the room very helpful for highlighting interesting places to visit now and in the future.

The staff was friendly although inexperienced at handling problems. There was a leaky toilet in the room and the front desk staff was unable to switch out the room because there had been a "sudden rush" of travelers. So instead, the person at the front desk dealt with it after her co-worker got back from break by putting a towel on the floor to stem the leak. She said she'd give a discount but didn't know how to make that happen. I had a really early flight out in the morning, before the day manager would be on duty so the discount wasn't processed.

The staff was very accomadating, the room was clean and confortable and had very thoughtful ammenities like a refrigator and ironing board and iron. The included breakfast was more than enough to satisfy and the on sight person at the breakfast nook was fery friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and keep coming back. It is not the newest hotel, it feels like it is 15 or so years old, but they keep on renovating and it is as good if not better that these cheesey modular dime a dozen hotels. The staff is great and can help you with anything.

The breakfast staff was wonderful! It was clean with very friendly and helpful staff. The pool was GREAT! It would have been nice to also have a hot tub/whirl pool.

Spacious, comfortable room..very friendly staff. The in-room coffee maker and iron were welcome surprises, the breakfast buffet nicely varied and well stocked.My only complaint...there was no connection at the airport for contacting the courtesy van.All in all, an enjoyable stay, and I felt I got more than my money's worth."

The breakfast was very good with Belgium Waffles. The pool at night had 26 people in it, it was unsafe and staff should have done something about it. I would not recommend this hotel. It was very noisy at night with traffic on all sides including a highway and a bridge. Although they had a lot of children booked into the hotel, they were not properly supervising the pool even though staff came in when there were 26 people in a small pool. I saw many older travelers come down to use the pool and walk away. Also they have pool memberships for the general public so in the morning the pool had three adults swimming laps taking up more than half of the pool. Do not stay there if part of your itinerary is to swim.

For us, the most important aspect of this hotel is that it's near the airport, since we had an early-morning flight the next day. It's not in the best part of town, but it wasn't unsafe, either. The man who checked us in was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean. Nothing fancy, but it did the job.

We have stayed at that hotel for many years. We have always found it to be customer friendly. I remember when we traveled years ago with our kids and dog. It was pet friendly then as it is now. The place is well kept and we always have no qualms staying there.

The rooms were very clean and the staff is quite friendly, the pool area was clean and was open late. There are some small restaurants within walking distance otherwise a short trip up the highway.

I was pleased to find out that the hotel offered free parking and and airport shuttle. I only had to stay one night before my flight and I left my vehicle there for 9 days. That was a great savings because airport parking was $10 a day.

Room was extremely clean. The elevator seems very old and slow. The location of this hotel is very good for travelers connected to the nearby colleges. The lobby and rooms were very clean. The elevator was very slow. The only bad thing I experienced was upon check out I asked the front desk staff to contact another Comfort Inn that we were headed to and get a guaranteed late arrival. She said I would have to call them myself and pointed to a directory of other Comfort Inns. I had the number in my suitcase so I called myself, but I didn't think that it was an unreasonable request. The front desk staff upon check in were great, helpful and friendly.
