Excellent customer service. The hotel was fairly average, but clean. All was as advertised. There was an adequate continental breakfast, and the maid service did a fantastic job. The front desk was always very helpful with finding driving directions, and accomodated every request. Again, the facilities were average, but the people made the visit great.

I really enjoyed the service, staff was very friendly. The stairways were not conveniently located, had to walk a distance with luggage. Very enjoyable stay, I would highly consider staying again on a future trip.

This hotel was a breathe of fresh air for my husband and I. It was located right near all the attractions and the staff was pleasant and very helpful! When we go back to Anaheim we will surely stay there again!

2 Adults + 3 Kids under 4 years old. First off, you have to understand, that this is hotel near Disneyland and is used mainly by people going to Disneyland. This was not meant to be a luxury hotel, so set your expectations accordingly. With that being said, it is a very good value for the money. We did have a minor problem with our room, which was fixed the same day. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. We mainly used it to sleep in, and spent all the rest of our time at Disneyland. If this is what you are doing this is a great place to stay. We were a little over a mile from Disneyland and we chose to walk. Not a bad walk, but they are not at the maingate. There are many other hotels along the way, but again for the money it was a real value.

The staff is friendly and the rooms were clean. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired, but there are plenty of off-site restaurants around. Very convenient location especially for the Disney crowd or for the Angels games.

Proximity to where I was going. Dirty, small room. Noisy outside.

My family & I went to Disneyland; 4 adults, 1 child, 5 yrs old. The motel is about a mile from the park, so walking was out of the question. There is a shuttle service, (cash only), although we chose not to use it. We stayed in a two room suite, 2 queens in one room, & the next, a room with bunk beds & its own bathroom. There is a fridge & microwave, & both rooms had TV's. The room was very clean, although I saw a small piece of baseboard in the bathroom. The first morning, the bathtub was draining slow & the tub was full after 3 showers. The staff were notified & they took care of it right away. There is a pool & spa, an ATM & vending machines. Also, a continental breakfast every morning; the usual cold cereal & doughnuts, with the exception of hard boiled eggs, & a waffle maker! Very nice staff in the breakfast room! Very clean & attentive! I have to say, we got a GREAT price for this room! With so many choices of hotels, motels, ammenities & price ranges, it was a bargain.

Everything was great. The comfort of the beds, the cleanliness of the room, the help of the staff. I would definitely recommend it. In fact I already have.

The Comfort Inn Maingate was very comfortable and met our needs as a place close enough to walk to Disneyland and my business time at the Anaheim Convention center. The room was very clean and open with two queen beds and several chairs and a refridgerator. There was also an in room safe for valuables. It was very quite and very affordable. Plenty of nice fluffy towels and an enjoyable continental breakfast with a variety of things to choose from. There was plenty of parking. I would highly recommend this motel as being both accomodating and extremely affordable for families on a budget. There are also a variety of fast food and family style eating places nearby

Had a refrigerator and microwave in room. Very dirty carpet, old and broken things in the room. It says recently remodeled, well, not the room I stayed in! It had very dirty carpet, broken things in the room, if you have stayed in a Comfort Inn before, this is not like them.

We would stay there again. The staff was very helpful when our truck broke down on the day we were to leave. They let us sit in the office until we got it fixed. The room was clean and very comfortable. We recomend staying in this hotel. The overall experience of our stay was above standards.

The Comfort Inn was a tremendous value for a hotel that close to Disneyland. Since I was planning to participate in the Disneyland Half Marathon, I looked for an affordable hotel within walking distance. The walk was only 20 minutes, and is within range of hotels priced 2-3 times the Comfort Inn. The added perks included free wireless internet and a decent continental breakfast which included Belgian waffles, danishes, cereal, toast, and donuts.

Clean rooms. You could hear when people closed their doors, very loud.

Stayed 3 days. Room was clean, staff was friendly. No problems with breakfast as far as running out of food. Only complaint was with TV. The color was so dark it was hard to see.

My husband and I were looking for a quick three day weekend to Disneyland and were a bit worried in finding a hotel during the Memorial Day Weekend. We're from Vegas so we know how difficult it can be. We were so pleasently surprised by the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the room. The only two complaints I have are: 1. The breakfast room is two small - you couldn't find a table to eat and we were there around 7:00 a.m. (it opened at 6:00 a.m.) 2. The hotel does nickel and dime you if you want to use their safe. I'm accustomed to having these items provided to you free of charge. I do love the idea that this is a Disney friendly hotel (we don't have children, so I expected some children and noise... so if you're without children and want romantic and quiet, don't come to a Disneyland resort hotel!) The hotel sells the tickets to the parks, they have an ATM machine there on site, the grounds were clean. The staff was friendly, but I do have my two issues as mentioned earlier. The food too, was not a great variety, and not always full. But it was good for us for what the purpose was... we wanted a quick bite so we could be at the park by 8:00 a.m. and we were (parked our car by 8:05 a.m.). The hotel is very close, but not close enough to walk, in MHO. There is a fast food place directly across the street, which is nice for late night arrivals. The beds were fine for those aching feet from walking all day! I slept like a rock all nights! Have fun. We'll stay here again.

overall it was an ok motel for what it was. Its on the high price for what it is a motel. But it was kind of cozy and really the only compaint i have is the traffic noise a night you can tell when a bus drove past

The bed's where very comfortable; small rooms though. Loud; a lot of doors closing and running children. It was a very small room; but it was clean; no elevator; not good with luggage. Not a lot of English speaking workers.

I was at this hotel on memorial day weekend...It was a nice hotel well worth what I paid for!! Went to Disney on the shuttle but the second night shuttle was too full so we walked, and it was a long walk. I would definitly stay again, totally recommend it!!
