Have stayed in much better for the price.

The hotel was well placed in an area with multiple eating choices. Staff was not overly friendly. The hotel was located near many eatery choices within walking distance, which was great. It was located very close to I 5 which was pretty cool as well. I was a little surprise that the room was not cleaned daily. Overall, I would choose this hotel again if I am in the area.

When I got to the hotel there was a car port where you park while you go in the door to get checked in. I got all checked in, the room was very clean, bathroom floor perfect, tub looked nice, bed was soft and they had these awsome soft pillows! There were roses planted all around the perimeter of the hotel, all colors, they smelled amazing! There was lots of shopping w/in walkin distance, many resaurants. I had a the best burger ever at Herfys down the street, can you say crinkle fries!!! OMG it was so good. I read the other reviews, things must have updated since July because I didnt find anything wrong w/ this hotel.

Good location. Many restuarants around the hotel. Also other business for shopping . The hotel has no characters, looks poor and need lot of makeup. Nothing. The price was too high for the qualities received.

Overall, this was one of the worst hotels that I have seen. The cleanliness and appearance of fixtures and items was not up to Comfort Inn standards. I pointed these and other items out to the front desk receptionist and discussed the overall cleanliness of the room. The front desk receptionist inspected and did take notes, but only stated that the manager would get back to me. Two weeks later, I have not heard from the hotel manager. There was a 100% satisfaction guarantee (it was posted on the wall behind the front desk), but the hotel refused to give a discount or even discuss the policy. In fact, when I asked if the receptionist could read this policy to me, she stated "you can read it for yourself." A few of the items that impacted our stay: In the hallway, the light fixtures did not have any covers and were hanging by the electrical wires. This didn't look safe. The soap holder was broken off and exposed rusty metal in shower. This definitely wasn't safe. The chairs were extremely dirty - we did not want to sit on the chairs. The light fixture that was in the room was broken and had a large piece missing. The TV remote control was held together by a lot of clear tape. The telephone message button was flashing constantly and a piece of white tape was put over it to cover this flashing (you can still see it in the dark). Apparently the messaging unit isn't working. In the breakfast area, there was at least one electrical outlet without a cover, exposing the live electrical circuit.

Great location, close to many restaurants. Not pet friendly. Hotel is located in an area filled with many choices of dining alternatives, from breakfast through dinner.

Lets start with the good things. Very convieniently located off of I-5 with great access to many food and shopping options. Staff was fine. They did tie up the amount for the room that I had already paid on my debit card which I found out about later. I must admit if I have already paid I don't understand this. The hotel is back behind a Denny's and doesn't really have a place to park to check in. It has only one entry and exit. Security cameras add to the already drab parking area. The rooms are dated to say the least and the curtains had a horrible odor. The bed was comfortable and the tv worked but I never walked in the room barefoot. I wouldn't stay again.

Great service, convenient location. No pool. Service was great, comfortable rooms.

I was looking for a reasonably priced, clean, quiet place to rest between my days of continuing education in a nearby, far more expensive hotel. That is what I found here, along with the most helpful and friendly front desk manager and a delicious breakfast bar, offering hot waffles and fresh fruit every morning included in the cost of the room. No bells and whistles here, just basics, but within half a block there are numerous restaurants of every flavor and nationality. The location was optimal for me, and I was totally satisfied with the cleanliness of the entire place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who travels on a budget and still expects quiet, friendly , clean accommodations.

Close to work, many restaurants to choose from nearby, coffee pot in room a big plus--needs microwave! No microwave, smelled old, needs to air out, but okay otherwise. Close to shopping, meals easy access to freeway. NO ELEVATOR for those that need them! Friendly staff. Great for travelers who need a 'home' for a short period of time.
