It was very nice and real close to everything we wanted to see.

Desk clerk was alert, with a sense of humor. Dirty bedspread, slow toilets, no klenexs, burn our lights.

The staff were exteremly helpful with directions and suggestions for various sites to see. The beds were very comfortable and had plenty of pillows for the whole family. Breakfast in the morning saved us a bundle, so we didn't have to eat out.

Nice room and good location for what we needed. There were very few customers when we were there. When we checked in we were the only car in the parking lot. Two more arrived later. As a result the selection for breakfast was rather limited but adequate. (On the second day there were about 6 cars there.)

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for an overnight getaway. We booked a one bedroom suite and got a great price. The room was huge, clean and very comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I think we've ever encountered! Breakfast was included in the room price and it was wonderful.

The room was so smoky. I had to wash everything when we returned home, including things we didn't wear. I was completely disguisted by the smokiness of the hotel room. It was a "non-smoking" room, but that could not have been true. The hallways smelled of smoke as well. I hated to have our little child in the room. Everything we had with us had to be washed.

I was spending one night in the area and found this establishment to be very acceptable. Friendly staff throughout at a clean and secure location.

Cleanliness and food quality of breakfast facility. Non-locking rear entrance, stained rugs, plugged tub/shower drain, no grab-bar in tub. Room was not clean (particularly carpet), cigarette holes in blanket, drain in tub plugged (they fixed it), no grab-bar in tub (safety violation), rear entrance couldn't lock (security violation), breakfast room clean, food very good.

My only problem with this motel is the design. It is 2 stories without an elevator. Unfortunately, our room was located on the second floor and we had to carry all our luggage up 2 long flights. My group was biking so we not only had suitcases, but multiple bike bags and equipment. It was horrible and we are in good shape. I actually encountered several hotels along our journey that were designed without elevators to the upper floors. We began telephoning ahead and requesting first floor rooms to prevent such inconvenience and physical strain. I highly recommend checking this out when making reservations.

Comfy bed. Really bad coffee. Good service, nice room. Will probably visit again.

"I did not get a jacuzzi in room it was in the bathroom. I was very dissatisfied, Manager avoided me and lied. Said he was on vacation when I called back using middle name he got on phone."

Conveniently located, many stores and restaurants nearby, 20 min from SUNY Buffalo Next door neighbor got a phone call at 4:30 am and I heard every word of the conversation. Very clean and comfortable, a short drive from SUNY Buffalo, good restaurants and shopping nearby. I plan on making this my home base whenever I visit my daughter at SUNY Buffalo.
