The Comfort Inn wasn't a very pleasant experience for me honestly. It was overcrowded and their was smoking going on in non smoking rooms so the hallway stunk.

Staff was friendly and understandable. No elevator, not good if you have a stroller to carry up and a child. The hotel was clean and neat. The staff though was the best part they were very nice and respectful.

My family and I usually stay at a Marriott or Hilton when we travel but we decided to try a different hotel chain based on our friend's advise. We are glad we tried this hotel. The rooms were FANTASTIC!!! Fridge and Microwaves were in our room with no extra charge. The staff provided us with directions and recommended several places to go eat. The breakfast was also very nice and included everything you might want to grab a quick bite and start your day. They also had pictures of Elmo and other Sesame Place Characters in the lobby which our 2 kids loved! All in all a wonderful experience! We will be staying here the next time we are in town.

At first the location the hotel was located was not very pleasing. The lobby and the customer service was great. Once I found out there were very little or almost no amenities I was very disappointed, but I was ok with all these so far. The turning point was when I was trying to go to sleep and realized that the walls were thin as paper. I was kept up until about 1am by the lady next door who had a marathon phone call. Between her yelling on the phone, the tv noice and other noises from her room I was no where near able to sleeep.

There was a refrigerator in the room. No laundry facilities. The hotel met all of our needs except that there was no laundry room. We had a lot of wet towels from the waterpark with no way to dry them.

Terrible, chicken bones in the back of the bed, dirty stained comforters on both beds, manager did NOTHING when contacted!!!

The location to the amusement park was very good. Friendly staff, very helpful with everything.
