no where to park , the parking space in front of my room was taken! why ? i had alot of stuff to bring in and no offered to help. if i paid 180.00 a night the least they can do is bring my bags in, since my parking spot was taken. place was clean on the bright side.

Convenient to the ferry. Hot tub was broken. Shower temperature highly fluctuated. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. But the hotel served its meals in the adjacent hotel and the hot tub was not working. The response from the staff was that they were working on it right now but there was no staff in site near the hot tub.

We were very pleased with our room overlooking Lake Huron. The private balcony was very nice. Morning breakfast was good with a very friendly hotel staff member making sure everything is well stocked. Very close to Mackinaw Crossings and we were able to walk to all our destinations. Only problem during our stay was the wireless internet which did not work. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice for up-to-date weather reports for planning our daily activities.

The In room Jacuzzi!. The hot tub had a strong chlorine smell. My husband and I went away for our anniversary, and we loved the hotel. The bed was comfortable, and we loved the in-room jacuzzi! It was clean, and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here twice now. On this occasion is was the night before traveling to Mackinac Island. The hotel is located close to the docks and is right on the water with a nice sand beach. Unlike many hotels listing a lake view - this truly does have great lake views - assuming you opt for those rooms. It is nice to have your morning coffee on the balcony over looking the lake. The included breakfast is ok. Fresh cooked waffles are available, but the seating area is a bit crowded and there are no eggs or breakfast meats available. All in all a very good value - I would stay here again.

Facing the lake, and the balcony. NA. Our only disappointment was queen bed instead of king and the hot breakfast was minimal, refrigerator cold hard boiled eggs, no fresh fruit. I have already recommended the hotel to family.

We've stayed in this place several times, maybe a half dozen times and we have always enjoyed the rooms and the service of the staff. Within walking distance of downtown and all the ferry docks.

It's location right on the beach! The musty smell of the room. Overall, I was impressed with the hotel. Despite the smell of the room, the room was clean and the beds were comfy! I loved the continental breakfast and the location of the dining room on the beach was awesome!

Very friendly staff. Nothing really. Rooms were nice. Pool was fun. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Convenient to everything. We never moved the car. View of the water and boat taxi services. Spur of the moment booking. Great value. Great location. Just a little "old" around the edges. But clean. The breakfast left much to be desired. but within walking distance to everything.

It was a unique hotel for its amazing beach view of the lake. The bedding was not cleanly enough. They did not change bed linens between each day we stayed. This hotel is good for the price that we paid for it. There is a beach in the back which it shares with other hotels. The room was well above average when it comes to cleanliness and comfort ability. I had no real security or safety concerns about the hotel or the area around it. The one thing that could be changed about the hotel is its continental breakfast, which lacks muffins! There was a nice old lady that served us waffles though.

Easy to find, terrific beachfront location, close to ferries, restaurants, and miniature golf. Breakfast nook was convenient to the beach but over-crowded and dark. Possibly the best value for money of any hotel I have experienced. A lot of the credit goes to Mackinaw overall as a destination. It is like a Disney resort without the long lines, giant parking lots, and stress levels. But this hotel is perfectly positioned at the center of the action without the congestion that you'd experience in a bigger city or resort.

Balcony looking over lake. Friendly, helpful staff. I would like to have tea bags in the room for early morning hot tea. Beautifully located on Lake shore. Well maintained and nicely decorated. Continental breakfast includes freshly made waffles. No elevator so if you are on the second/third floor you will have to carry up luggage.
